  1. Past hour
  2. Stal making Czestochowa release their team news so they can then do a two man swap for Vaculik and Thomsen and make them nullify PP and Doyle 😁😂
  3. nice to know you think about us when you sleep at night. 🤣
  4. Yesterday
  5. As expected RR for Ellis is way below what he would usually score. They need him back for September.
  6. We both were a little out, either way. 😄
  7. Until he saw the pound signs and sold up to a see you next Tuesday who killed the club in under two years
  8. It certainly looks like it.They wouldn't get the extra 5% on his average for their home matches then, and would have to have a guest if he isn't fit.
  9. A good night's racing and a confidence booster for the Tigers with the play-offs looming and Leicester looking the likely opponents in the semis. Embarrassing comments in this thread about Steady though. His record as manager of both Sheffield and Great Britain is pretty decent with Championship, Premiership and KO Cup, plus 2 SON titles. Just imagine what he could have achieved if he knew what he was doing !!
  10. Emil Vs Kvech… nice little battle for a couple of laps.
  11. Solid night’s work for the guys, no big guns in 15, got to give Brennan his dues he rode like a number 5 tonight and his bike was like a rocket! Edwards great battle to hold off Iversen in 8. Thompson looked more like his usual foxhall self in his first outing but tailed off. Emil and Doyle looked good without really needing to break a sweat. Picked up three points and move onto the next.
  12. Adam could be at reserve according to the averages on the British speedway website. Think you should have some scope to have your top 5 wherever you want.
  13. According to the BSPA averages after tonight,Lawson's average is too high even for the one at Ipswich.
  14. Guessing new averages for Sept, but atm he can only guest for Adam at Ipswich. Have to wait to see if that changes?
  15. Luckily I didn’t hear that otherwise I suspect words would have been exchanged - like you say great servant sadly you have your Wallopers!
  16. A decent night’s racing with Jack looking pretty imperious and a fairly comfortable win despite both Chris and Picko not being quite as on it as usual. Cracking ride by Morris to second on the line. If I was going to whinge… what was with the booing of Howarth when he won his final ride?? Only a few people, but seriously? Brilliant servant of the club for years, he deserves better than that.
  17. He certainly was drawn towards it - just pipped his opponent by a nose!
  18. Well Nick does like to get to the line as soon as he can! 😉
  19. Enjoyed this also - the tone was set on heat one with the 5-1 - another decent opening ride from Anders Rowe! Leicester huffed and puffed a bit and they didn’t have the needed backup for Douglas and Fricke - got to commend Jack H for his heat 6 last lap overtake of Sam Masters - Likewise the impressive Morris who never gave up in heat 14 to claim 2nd in the line by fractions of a second! Heat 15 saw a good battle at Fricke tried to reel in JackH just failing - just one more lap and he might have but that’s ‘if yer Aunty had balls territory’!
  20. Always liked THJ as a Pirate, dont remember him missing many meetings other than through injury.
  21. But that’s the complete opposite of what they were insinuating
  22. Really enjoyed tonight’s meeting. Good win for Sheffield, should really give the team confidence going into the play offs. Holder and Fricke both showing why their number 1’s tonight great riding by both Aussies. Sheffield 1-7 looking good round Owlerton Chris Holder struggling out the starts need him to do abit more from number 5 but all in all positive signs. thought Leicester reserves deserved more for their efforts and Becker getting through 4 races has to be a positive for the lions, even though it was his usual type of Owlerton performance (abit naff)
  23. Just so our Belle Vue friends know we have had passing in the following heats 1,3,5,7,10,11,13,14 As expected Kvech and Lawson scored better than Kurtz and Bewley at Foxhall Trouble for Lynn was that the rest of Kings Lynn rode like Belle Vue …Iversen and Klindt decided to ride like Blodorn and Cook and Harrison looked as much out of his depth as Zischke and Harris matched Lidsey in being steady Still when the big guns of Leicester and Sheffield come here we need Ellis back as our reserves are struggling at home and 3 points from r/r isn’t enough Is Lawson able to guest if Adam not fit in play offs?
  24. I can think of better causes to give to than a bunch of mercenary Speedway riders.
