  1. Past hour
  2. So your telling me there’s no dates up until then that are free!!!
  3. Doyle has had many wild cards now and is always missing injured, and there are 3 Aussies ahead of him so I think his time is up IMO. Max Fricke is a given and only missed out on the points system (the old format he would have been 7th over Lambert) Then there’s the conversation around Martin Vaculik who had a massive fall off this year but has been a consistent rider for the last 6+ years so I think he deeerves one also. I’d give one to Laguta if the powers that be finally have some sense. I’d love to give one to Emil but I believe we are starting to see him past his best. then I believe the SGP2 champion should be an automatic qualification. So if there is four (dependant on SEC), I would like to see: Max Fricke Martin Vaculik Artem Laguta Nazar Parnitskyi
  4. Yes I agree 100%. Last was typical of Morris and co in how they do their business. After every block of rides out comes the watering can. Regardless how good or bad the racing has been. You can bet your bottom dollar, the poor riders who have to go out after watering are in a lottery. Wroclaw being a fine example. Good racing on a dry track week in week out yes, slick sometimes, but at least it's a fair playing field. Come the GP and the track didn't even remotely look like Wroclaw. The FIM, rather than play about with scoring system and introducing silly sprint races, should concentrate on what Morris has been doing all season, which is f**k up good speedway tracks!
  5. Yes normally weekends and bank holidays with the two biggest being (crowd wise) Speed weekend and the bonfire bonanza. If only more speedway teams raced at weekends.
  6. Hope Sam Hagon makes a speedy recovery and sort of spoilt the rest of the meeting for me.
  7. It is so both teams can be at full strength for the play offs and makes it fair,The season ends October 31st.
  8. Life's tough in the Ukraine, or is it? Judge for Yourself. Here is a video of the Ukrainian championship speedway meeting held at Lviv a fortnight ago.
  9. Thought LBW would have been en route via some flat whites but nothing! Maybe he has knocked the Pirates on the ead until next season.
  10. Me too, I wanted zmarzlik to win anyway but after Thursday I thought sod Kurtz, if he can’t be bothered to turn out for his club in such an important meeting the I’m glad he lost
  11. Today
  12. You he will change anything, he will put ideas forward and he will be laughed off sadly. You just hope he can bring in some sponsorship from contacts he has
  13. BSN should be completed by the end of June (early season competition). KOC should be completed by the end of August (top league KOC completed in July) If that was to be followed there would be loads of time to complete other fixtures.
  14. My assumption is that each driver takes a load of family and friends. Its certainly not my cup of tea but crowds are always good and essentially I'd say it funds the speedway team. Unfortunately that means high clay material but thats just how it has to be I guess.
  15. Well done to Zmarzlik, remarkable consistency. Kurtz couldn't have done any more. Good to have had someone else who can truly challenge for the title, hopefully one or two others can make that step up as well.
  16. Absolutely no surprise. Weather really has broken down to autumn low pressures and heavy rain belts and strong winds.
  17. Decent meeting that, hope Sam’s doing alright, was a nasty one. Was a cold night waiting around, we’ve got ourselves a good team a few weeks too late, but nothing could have been done to get Morris in any quicker, if only the Cumbrian didn’t let us down we’d of been a match for anybody with Jeppesen. I’d expect Smith, Kemp, Kildemand back next year, with possibly Hume and Hagon if fit. Would love Jeppesen and Morris, but I’m sure they’ll have plenty offers.
  18. How are they childish just stating there’s atleast 4 dates and then the start of October before the 5th aswell ridiculous, and why would I be blaming Poole there not the ones who have decided such a late date to rearrange, this 100% lays with Redcar.
  19. Don’t disagree with you but as ‘ Paddy the Rebel ‘ has no idea what’s going on between the two clubs but clearly blames Redcar then his comments are childish.
  20. Yeah that'll work. Not like speedway needs fans or anything End of the day playoffs should be before BSN or KOC.
  21. That is insane to have SF in October! Not like the weather is going to improve.
  22. and you know the availability of all 14 riders ? The stadium? The staff ? Let the clubs sort it out and if your not happy …….tough.
  23. Imo Vaculik will certainly get a WC due to the Prague GP as well as Martin only having one bad year, Apart from this season, He's actually been a decent addition to the GP series with multiple GP victories.
  24. Poole only have fixtures on 16,17,23,24 this month. Redcar only have fixtures on 19,20,26 available dates that don’t coincide with premiership are Sept 21st,27th,28th,30th So atleast 4 dates there……??????
  25. Wildcards Doyle Kvech, vaculik and parnicki, I’m basing this on purely financial not abilty decision
