Ipswich v Belle Vue 14/08
GeneralMelchett replied to Aries's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
This is sadly true, each to their own as they say but having attended many sports ovet the years, Cricket, Ice Hockey, Rugby both codes, Football, Athletics, Basketball , Horse racing - i can honestly say speedway is still my favourite - the thrill of a great speedway race beats all of them! -
Once was enough 'polo mint' lol.
-
The whole sport is a secret Lisa.
-
Surely the 'world famous BV aces' aren't a secret!
-
Lol hmmmmmm! Fair play for the team changes, it should be a cracker tomorrow. Whatever i may think of NK.
-
A no facility (75%) guest.
-
Honestly we couldnโt care less ! Bet we are one of the most progressive speedway clubs this year.
-
Who'd blame him have you actually been to the Plymouth polo mint track ?? ๐
-
Aww poor lewy and Plymouth ๐
-
Why would he help Glasgow?
-
So basically Klindt would rather travel to Poland than ride for Plymouth?
-
Didn't like Glasgow last week ๐
-
At least i can book holidays for the play off final dates ๐คฃ
-
Thought they had a guest for Klint at Home?
-
So true. The most unprofessional outfit in the Championship.
-
Just think there is far more alternatives tbh, United, City plus lower and non league clubs, cricket, rugby league/union, ice hockey, loads of top gigs, etc etc, theatre shows among all that speedway is a well kept secret.
-
Did the administrators take the 'nd' off the end of your forum name? As you just seem to only have 2 answers "best track" and "won the league" in every discussion and you think other people are going to look silly. Perhaps a little quiet personal reflection time might help you!
-
There's a surprise. Klindt is poor at Plymouth so are stronger with guests. Can't see many Plymouth fans complaining about this farce as it benefits them! B*****ks to the sports credibility!
-
No not at all we might not win the league but at the moment Iโm not concerned if we have to face Belle Vue as 3 times this season we have comfortably won at home and won once away and drawn away
-
I think you can blame both the BSPL for allowing such rules to exist & the Plymouth promotion for accepting it & allowing Klindt to go missing when he's riding the next day. While the Knudsen situation isn't great, he misses matches when he's riding abroad, which is in the regulations, so Oxford get a facility, different to Plymouth when they don't get a facility for Klindt at home.

Ipswich v Belle Vue 14/08
GeneralMelchett replied to Aries's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
what impressed me was both Emil and Jason are just not quite 100% of what they were say 2 years ago but in heat 13 they proved their class and worth! -
On a different note Doyle got me concerned in his first two outings, I thought his seasons of dramas were catching up to him. Then he wins his next load of races! I do wonder if he was entirely happy with how hard Ellis was riding him in heat 15, couple times he almost had him off! Although Doyle done well to win the race with a punctured rear tyre! ๐

Yes I think he just trolling for attention but thatโs ok itโs just banter between clubs which is healthy
