  1. Past hour
  2. Another reason lay down engines have ruined the sport and having one engine size at all levels is bonkers.
  3. There should be more action like this. Staged or naturally occurring. it would get more people through the door. Let's not forget, it it a dangerous sport, the stakes are high and emotions run a bit. How things like this don't happen more baffles me. Look at the discussion it has initiated here. Bit of drama, should be more of it. Get some real characters back in the game. Does it matter who was right or wrong? The main thing is no one was hurt. We have been entertained, they have done their jobs.
  4. Think Morris can take ride too ? Sure he the one above Victor
  5. I hope not. Something needs to be the Premiership out of its misery.
  6. We’ve had fish & chips on the beach at Aldeburgh, in sunshine!
  7. Today
  8. On BSN this one Scunthorpe qualify for playoffs with a win. Injury strikes again though as Jacob Hook has broke his collarbone practicing, Jordan Jenkins guests
  9. Troy batchelor has just posted a item on Facebook about the tyres used in the uk and photos of the tyre after a race meeting
  10. This is genuinely better weather than the other week when it was soaked!
  11. Plenty of content in War and Peace. Mr. T.
  12. The constant camera angle switching had me dizzy after lap 2. Why the centre green angle? The one from the stand is more than enough for 90% of a race
  13. Total fraud of a call off. Hardly any rain, now dry and warm so no way the meeting would've been in jeopardy. Coleman's been reading the Chapman book on when to call off.
  14. Let's just hope it does next week, the natives will be out in forse 😂
  15. That’s great to hear. A Wimborne Road that produces good racing does British Speedway an absolute world of good. Long may it continue.
  16. There is a new thread come up that might interest you, Workington v Redcar, so of you trot
  17. Was on SKY wasn't it? I remember Sean Wilson doing something similar to Jesper Olsen at the fours at Peterborough one year too.
  18. No chance.😂 It was wrong, but perfectly executed. He’s been practicing that on Cruz in the back garden. Does anyone remember Joe Screen knocking Jimmy Nilsen off at Hull many years ago by hitting his left handlebar as he passed him after the race?
  19. Have you seen the forecast for Workington on Saturday
  20. Very true and I hope you’re right, but Lightcap takes the Pirates up a notch. I think this might be the closest we’ve seen to the 2000 Exeter Falcons. The 2025 Pirates are definitely stronger away from home than the Falcons were back then. With the addition of Lightcap, there are now no weak heats for Poole. Good on them. I just wish they’d prepare a track that affords those excellent riders an opportunity to entertain.
