  1. Past hour
  2. We have something even better nowadays, a National Development League. Just need more clubs to run a team in it.
  3. LMAO! People in the Polish media really need to get a personality.
  4. Don't know about last night but it was noticeable during the last GP that he was interviewed a couple of times where we only usually hear from him a couple of times a season!
  5. cant fault that statement, apart from the part where he says its the nature of the track, that situation was the nature of the weather.
  6. Zmarzlik wasn’t happy with the NSS staff so I see! - "Everything's fine, thankfully I'm unharmed. I'm not one to judge track conditions; my opinion won't change anything anyway. There simply wasn't enough room for me. I got a good start and immediately accelerated from the line. However, I didn't manage to gain enough speed to overtake Max Fricke, who was heading straight for the fence from the A grid. That's the nature of this track. Whoever reaches the barrier first, goes ahead," said a disgruntled Bartosz Zmarzlik. His irritation wasn't primarily due to his fall in the final. The source of Zmarzlik's nerves was entirely different. The Pole had spent almost the entire day at the Manchester stadium. Just being there for so many hours can be exhausting. The irritation peaked when Zmarzlik was constantly approached by people who shouldn't be doing so. We've learned unofficially that even security asked our champion for photos and autographs when he should have been fully focused on the competition. This is outrageous behavior that doesn't happen at other stadiums. And while it may seem pleasant, speedway is a sport that requires complete concentration both during the competition and immediately before it begins. At such moments, any distractions are inadvisable.
  7. thank the good lord for the local fans giving us weather updates....meant to be out tonight with the wifey, checked the weather updates on here - locals giving positive forecasts etc, told the wifey we should stay in and get a take away!
  8. Today
  9. Hoping for a BZ victory tonight. Anyone but an Australian really.
  10. I hope the weather isn't moving north....The Cotswolds have had heavy downpours this afternoon.
  11. Surprised how dry it is, it's hardly stopped raining in South Staffordshire. When did the speed limit change from 40 to 30 on the Kingsway through Burnage?
  12. Sweden qualify for the final. Result Sweden 39 Young Europe 28 Slovenia 27 Czech Rep 26
  13. I would agree. But I would keep the wild cards. The big advantage of the wild cards is that we don't lose a top 5 rider from next years Championship because of a previous season's injury. Bewley should not be missing from next year's Championship because he was injured and having the old style Challenge would exacerbate the need for them as anyone between 7th-14th who happens to pick up an injury JUST before the challenge would need one.

  16. Been no rain since 9am this morning, looking at radar we may get a small shower about 4.30
  17. still overcast where i am had a bit of sunshine, but no sign of any rain , also not as windy.
  18. Or if you have a huge screen like I do, or phone or second device, use the baahnsport site as they have a racecard which is promptly updated, no need for doing the detailed work yourself.
