  1. Past hour
  2. Hurry and Scott are good friends,, so I'm not sure any replacing will be done. As long as they keep winning at home, I'm guessing that may be job done for this season. Who knows though, it may turn out that the new owners are ruthless.
  3. So witches go unbeaten in the cup group stages but have to concede the second leg of the cup final to being held at Leicester on the Thursday night and we must ride on the Monday night before. How does that one work out, once again speedway shows its complete inability to give the higher performing team any priority. Our nights are Thursdays and we won every match but we can’t even celebrate IF we did win the title at Foxhall.
  4. After last nights close result at Edinburgh the Comets begin their opening home League fixture at the GT Tyres Arena against a handy Plymouth side. The Plymouth side also had a decent showing at Glasgow last night going down 49-41. The line ups are= 1. Jonas Jeppesen (8.48), 2. Niklas Holm Jakobsen (5.00), 3. Craig Cook R/R, 4. Tate Zischke (5.23), 5. Troy Batchelor (C) (6.75), 6. Mitchell Cluff (3.89), 7. Mickie Simpson (2.29). Team Manager: James Denham. PLYMOUTH GLADIATORS: 1. Danny King (C) (8.51), 2. Joe Thompson (5.86), 3. Daniel Klima (5.21), 4. Ben Barker (6.80), 5. Scott Nicholls (7.33), 6. Anze Grmek (4.00), 7. Tom Spencer (2.00). Team Manager: Garry May. Note: back to 3pm stat this week.
  5. Today
  6. I’m sure Glasgow will make changes. They’ve had a couple 5 point riders turn into 8/9 point riders the past few years. The way they’ve built their team they’re stuck with their reserves so it’s only Hausl and Pedersen who can make way
  7. Yesterday
  8. I was thinks the opposite, red car riders were fired up ready to get their 3 points with a row of 5.1 ‘s to start meeting, revenge is often sweet
  9. Northampton need a big hitting number 1. I would suggest they get on the phone to Artem Laguta or Michael Jepsen Jensen.
  10. We agree on he should be excluded. You compared the incident to him to trying to kill someone.. so surely he should be punished? You're deluded
  11. Huh? Think you've eaten too many skittles 😁 We definitely don't agree on the oh let's forgive him he's only a boy issue and I never called for any further punishment, you must be mixing me up with another poster.
  12. I'd have thrown him from the meeting and that's it.
  13. The forecast I see, shows it'd be dry from 2pm onwards, so did they call this one off too early? Like has been suggested, probably a blessing in disguise for Berwick.
  14. Ok so we agree then? Ridiculous chastising a youngster the way you have. If it's so bad that he tried to kill someone then you'd want him to be punished?
  15. What else do you expect? Any infringement in a race which causes a fall is always an exclusion, if Ray Charles isn't refereeing.
  16. Is that it? After all your chastising we agree?
  17. What for Rushen or any other rider that does it? Exclusion from that race.
  18. We need to decide shortly if Mario stays or goes. He was awful in ht1, gifted a point in ht6 then matched Harris for speed in ht10 running the inside line. He doesnt seem to like running high up the boards and hasnt been much of a gater so far. He might come good but also might not. Making changes doesnt always guarantee making improvements.
  19. Bike time should do him good. I think his place in the team is safe until his average drops below 5, when it’s about to drop below 5 that’s when I think you have to take action.
  20. Ok so what would you see as appropriate punishment then?
  21. Not suggesting foul play, the forecast was terrible (according to BBC) and I think it’s fair to say Redcar will be happy that they can stage the meeting when they have a stronger team available. The postponement benefitted Redcar but I like watching the pirates round Redcar so hopefully next week the sun will be out and there will be a stream.
  22. 08.05.2026: Toruń v Zielona Góra: https://vk.com/video-53550004_456242612 08.05.2026: Grudziądz v Leszno: https://vksport.vkvideo.ru/video-53550004_456242613
  23. Stock cars / Bangers don't run weekly at Northampton. Sometimes they are on consecutive weekends, but usually there are 2 or 3 weeks between meetings. Interestingly, I was watching interviews with F1 stock car drivers last night from the meeting held there last Saturday and they were commenting that there was more material on track than at the previous meeting. One thing that should please everyone is that I am not seeing any complaints on here about the surface being rough last night, despite there being torrential rain mid-meeting on Saturday night. If there were going to be issues I would have expected them to show up after that.
