Like I said I don’t use the British speedway website, I’ve probably heard the bits played in the stadium in the background but can’t say I’ve actually listened to what’s being said and didn’t realise it was part of a podcast, the only radio station I listen to is planet rock and more the point is as much as I love the sport I rarely listen to podcasts about it, I think I’ve listened to 2 that I can remember, 1 was rob godfrey on 360 podcast which was the say nothing I thought it would be and the other was Bruce penhall with your good self which may of been on the said mentioned podcast, I listen to podcast most days but for whatever reason just not speedway ones, like I said initially I hadn’t heard of it was probably because the poster had called it British speedway podcast and not no brakes no fear which I had heard of but not listened to, anyway the fact that it’s not for me is irrelevant, it serves a purpose in the sport and getting rid of it is a mistake but not surprising

Such a shame and shortsighted of whoever decided to axe it.

It remains available and you can listen to all 168 episodes here.. It was promoted in every club match programme, on Brtitsh Speedway social media channels every single week including video clips, British Speedway website including embedded player which is still there, 5 min cut down edit played in all Premiership stadiums during every meeting for the last 2 years, and also interviews were shared with a number of BBC Local Radio stations too. So pretty impressive that over 5 years you’ve managed to avoid it 😂🤷♂️

How did junior get on ?😀

Redcar run to a tight budget, think Ellis would well and truly burst the budget

What about Northampton?

Bollo*ks more like. Another negativity know it all…🤦🏻♂️ -
Probably because they spent most of the day trying to get a guest and aren’t exactly feeling good about the coming season at the moment. Easy home win expected unfortunately but hope the Bears put up a fight.

What is your definition of the word "facts"? If you meant to say "my opinion" I'd be inclined to agree with you! -

Howarth in for Wright, I think Scunny can win this although Redcar have got quite a few riders that go well round the EWR. Redcar website is poor, no mention of this meeting.

While most track are on the slick side these days,I believe the riders prefer slicker tracks at the start of the season till their fitness gets up to speed.(1St couple of meetings).Wish Charles a speedy recovery always give it 100%,very unfortunate to pick up early injury.

What about Northampton?

Just give it time -
Charles wasn’t in the Northampton line up but as others have said Iversen was definitely in the plans so they’ll need to find a replacement now, Lidsey and Klindt have signed contracts as far as I know.

You can't put water on a track with no dirt , it would be like a skating rink. Speedway is very dependant on volunteering so fair play to anyone that does , gets you in for free at least.

Ah great, you couldnt write it!

No idea

A bit harsh as the guy tries his best but it certainly isn’t the racers track it was a few seasons back. There’s No dirt on it these days , he appears scared to put water down and when they came out between races they just followed each other around the mid to outside and didn’t go down to the inside. Got to understand he’s a volunteer and there’s no experienced track man wanting the job, even though Jonathan is there most matches but he’s not the only one to have fallen out with those owners.

I thought there was going to be an investigation, in Poland, after DJ Woffy's crash last year... don't know if anything ever came of it?
-
Most air fence injuries are caused by the bike going in before the rider and lifting the fence off the floor and then the rider going under it.

Vinnie was doing Leicester today before it was cancelled, good to hear he got some track time.
