  1. Past hour
  2. Good way to get money in! Suppose riders will be paid. Feel for the bears fans who travelled 🤯
  3. Oh jesus, doesn’t sound good. Fingers crossed he’s okay because he’s been our best performer this season.
  4. His average changes to 20.13 next week. Seems like he has been scoring 20 points most weeks.
  5. A reserve that’s been scoring around 20 points every meeting now moving up to number one
  6. Edinburgh trying to squeeze all their meetings in before then šŸ˜‰
  7. Worky couldn't get a guest for Antti today if the meeting had been on.
  8. Reported to have lost consciousness as a result of the crash and taken to hospital. Verification required.
  9. You need to read the post a few above yours. No flights on Sunday morning.
  10. Agree! SGP Qualifier on a Monday and you can't ride in the UK on a Saturday evening what is it coming too. Is this an FIM ruling ?
  11. A bitterly disappointing result last night. Let’s not beat around the bush, our financial muscle and elaborate team building during the winter rendered us favourites for the title, so a home loss to a fellow challenger is a shambles of a result. Congratulations to Poole, of course. That was a professional and efficient performance. Flint was a disgrace. Chucking the towel in his first two rides was just as unacceptable as the 5-1 he conceded to Edwards and Starke in heat 12. You just knew he didn’t have it in him to give us any sort of hope in heat 14. Howarth was dreadful. Passed by Rowe in heat 4, passed by Thomsen in heat 5 and just one point across his two final rides; one of which was a last place in heat 13 which essentially clinched it for Poole. Nowhere near good enough. Watching Flint and Howarth be smoked around the outside by lesser away riders was utterly painful viewing. Dare I also say that had Boughen been riding, not Barker, then Poole would likely have secured victory earlier in the meeting. Cami Brown telling BSN he has ā€no complaintsā€ before complaining about the referee not excluding Starke for breaching the two minutes was brain damage. If you read this forum, Cami, you’re the team manager. The leader. You need to lead by example and demonstrate accountability, acknowledge where improvements are needed and focus on what we can control, like the other 14 heats where every rider had ample opportunity to contribute. It’s a long season and there is sufficient time for improvement, but those are the meetings markers are laid down.
  12. Feel sorry for the busload of Bears fans who travelled down but probably best outcome for the team in terms of result. Poor communication from Plymouth promotion though, no mention that the meeting was in doubt at any stage, even 30 mins before the start when I decided to purchase the stream.
  13. Explanation from Team Manager Gavin Parr on Redcar's Facebook page: We tried everything and everybody today to get a guest after Erik informed us this morning that due to his Landshut meeting being called off he was now required at GP qualifying practise along with Jake. No flights from anywhere on Sunday morning could get him to the event on time unfortunately so we have been left in a very difficult position. Personally I can only apologise and promise you all we will still do everything possible to come away with the league points.
  14. the weather down in the south west looked awful today, surely this could have been called sooner.
  15. All ifs buts and maybes , yes you turned us over deservedly but there is a long way to go. As we all know a lot can happen for and against you in this sport. Just hope we can get Dan back sooner rather than later guaranteed double figures every week and things may have been different last night with Dan. Ashton I doubt we will see again this season it really depends on what rabbit we can pull out the Tarrasenko hat. Enjoy your deserved win last night but don’t get too far ahead of yourself a long long way to go. And who cares on the Boughen, Barker scenario in it’s like me going on about Edwards scoring more than Cook who cares.
  16. OFF. Waterlogged track (called off at start time - 7pm)
  17. Seems antti has had a spill today in GP meeting... does anyone know the outcome?
  18. It is way more unpredictable than usual. Poole have drawn at Oxford, Oxford have won at Poole, Glasgow have won at Oxford and Poole have won at Glasgow. So much for home wins! Using BSN for the Oxford/Poole ones.
  19. Today
  20. Its mad how Riss and mulford miss today because they are riding in germany on monday.
  21. Not sure if it's significant but there is a qualifying programme on Friday on Discovery+ but not on Saturday.
  22. Think it’s pretty even between them 3.Glasgow definitely need DanT back and in good form.IMO
  23. I think Redcar are the favourites, Glasgow and Poole are challengers but not favourites.
  24. In my opinion it’s between Poole Redcar and Glasgow . At the moment Poole look like the team to beat but injuries could play a part In the final reckoning.
