Doesn’t matter about the 8point rule now apparently that was only for team building purposes, also Workington recently signed kemp on a 8.07 so that certainly squashed the 8point ruling

Im thinking that Nikolai already has 4 teams and Poland don’t allow that. Could be talking a load of Horlicks though. I think his Polish club was the 4th one he signed for though🤷♂️. So if he is dropped will he be able to sign for anyone else?. That’s my theory, will be very happy to be proved wrong, could do with 2 big hitters but we have what we have so onwards & upwards🤞

Gavin Parr wrote that unless the rules are changed both riders cannot be accommodated. I don't know what the rules are but only 1 of them will definitely be at Redcar. .

Bit of a rogue one. Back in my younger days I can remember playing Speedway Promotor 2003 for hours. Still got my old Windows XP laptop but my game doesn’t run anymore. Just wondered if anyone still has a copy of the game or would know where I could get one. Bit of a longshot I know but worth a shot as it was a great game - can’t imagine many copies of it still being around.

i am not having a go at Lasse just showing current averages, with the new gsa he would have dropped to reserve so who knows he may have done well. But i can see Berwicks dilema with the way Jordan has been riding, and no doubt other clubs would have taken notice as well.

Sorry I don't get you post ? I have a grader, plus a swing grader, harrows, a motor way grader, hopefully have a Franz guard blade soon aswell. Everything belongs to kings lynn, apart from the motorway blade, that's the stock cars. -
What makes you so certain , are you referring to the two riders over 8 point average ?
-
And if you are right and confident, then it may be the reason I am thinking, and if that is the case Nikolai won’t be able to ride in the Championship at all🤔

Hopefully Northampton can get you a grader soon and not just the blade that you have... -
Nice to hear the so called big clubs can't always buy success by splashing the cash. Well done Berwick and jj

He is certainly an improvement on the rider he is replacing which is the point of signing him is it not,he was signed as a reserve replacement he has done the job.No disrespect to Lasse but he has not been great and when he misses meetings it is hard to cover him.Plus JJ seems to cope with Shielfield very well.

To be fair, to me, I wasn't aware that it was you who was doing the track at Northampton... I've asked questions of promotions in the past and not received so much as a courtesy of a reply, so forgive me if I've lost a little confidence. As for the way I come across, I apologise for my sometimes sledgehammer like delivery, I'd love to have the time to fluff it all up a bit, but I do like to get straight to the point.

It's the way you come across with what you say, quote tracks the worst its been, actually it wasnt, I have said it on this forum many times,I would rather someone ask a genuine question as to why something was like it was on a particular night. That way you will get the best answers. I believe now we have a general agreement on how the starts will be prepared, also on how the track will be set up. It's nearly impossible to have it exactly the same every week. So many factors involved that can change it, many beyond our control, eg, weather, even a few degrees difference in temperature. This is an open invite to anyone who has genuine questions to msg on here,or see me at a track. -
Revived maybe a bit extreme, he’s only had a few good meetings early days yet.
-
Ive already written it either here or another Redcar thread. Wright and Klindt cannot ride in the same team and it will be a straight swap at 1 once Charles is ready to return. (Next week)

Send the bucket round on Saturday and let’s get JJ a set of black and gold kevlars made.

Mate, for one who in your PM said that I was "just shouting on forums", you've pretty much pointed out exactly what I have pointed out 🤷♂️ Look, nobody on here is pointing the finger at or calling out any of the individuals who work so hard to put Speedway meetings on, it's greatly appreciated by all of us I'm sure of that. As is so often the case in Speedway (and many walks of life) it's down to management, organisation and contingency... why for example have they failed to start a single meeting on time so far this season? Why are we nearly in July and the sponsorship boards are still not in place? (one of the league sponsors literally does this stuff https://mediaco.co.uk/) Why is the track not being prepared consistently? Why are different people asking for different things regarding track prep? Why is this happening in during league and cup meetings and not on a "track day"? Where is Phil Morris, who did such a lot of good work over the last couple of years that seems to be being reversed on an almost weekly basis? Anyway, thanks for coming back to everybody with some reasoned explanations after you'd calmed down and thank you for the work that you do 👍

I appreciate this but it costs nothing to be kind As big a part of the club you and the rest of the supporters club are and as much you do, it probably wouldn’t go amiss with lasse to be a little appreciative. What happened to once a bandit always a Bandit? I do believe he tried his best.

IMO Lambert is better than Fredriksen & is doing an acceptable job at no 3. Biggest question mark at the moment is what to do with Wright & Klindt? If Fredriksen replacing Lambert left enough space for Wright & Klindt, I'd do it in a heartbeat, but that's not the case.

That was the obvious move to make.
