It's going to be tight, but I think Berwick will shade it, Jenkins will be the trump card tonight with probably 7 rides

We are not the promoters though are we. Personally i think it would be better for him to pack up and go home, have a nice long break, get fit, and come back fresh next season

Bandits welcome Poole in tonight's 2nd Leg of the Semi-Final. An excellent performance at Poole on Wednesday sees the Bandits only 4pts down, as they hope to reach their 1st KO Cup Final since 1989 where funnily enough they beat Poole in the final. Both teams are using R/R Berwick have Fredriksen away on internation duty, whilst Bowes is injured. Poole also bring in Simon Lambert to guest for Will Cairns riding in an SGP2 qualifier. We all know that Poole normally ride Shielfield well, and they will be bolstered by Richard Lawson being available again after missing Wednesdays night's meeting for whatever reason hmmm. Berwick need all 6 riders to be performing tonight can see Jenkins being busy. Going to be tight but i can see us getting over the line 49-41 don't want a Super Heat.

You were told about him when you signed him towards the end of the season last year 😃
-
Only reason why I suggest that is because of Northampton. If they're left undercooked again then will attendances drop massively due to the novelty factor wearing off? Wouldn't want a situation where they could potentially drop out of the top league altogether after the 2027 season. Selfishly though, it would be great to have Bewley and Doyle as a Top 2 at Ipswich in 2027.
-
Shame as the three british youngsters are probably all exceeding expectations and they probably have the best reserve pairing apart from Poole.
-
Real shame as the lad was showing promise early on in his Plymouth days.

If he's given the chance and not hounded out by the small-minded promoters around him
-
But Poole have covered his obvious lack of talent by not letting him ride!!

While I'm not a fan of forcing riders to move clubs & think it's up to a club if they want to build top heavy or strength in depth, teams without top heat leaders rarely win anything (not since Peterborough's Dad's Army team) so can understand the desire for it. If the top 6 averaged riders got shared between the 6 teams, it shouldn't water the product down, especially if the points limit isn't lowered. The Champ had a rule to share out the number ones, no-one missed out (I believe Klindt didn't want to start the season in the Champ).

Your seeing the real frazer Bowes

Personally that’s a no from me. Been down that road before & the road of watering the product down & it doesn’t work. The only way to make the sport grow is to do the opposite make it stronger which will take time but ultimately would succeed. -
Still couple of weeks and he should be OK to complete the rest of the season at poole

Need to address the elephant in the room -
Credit to Fraser who has given a full explanation of his injuries on facebook. In addition to the punctured lung, ribs and back injuries that were diagnosed initially he has attempted to come back still in some pain with an undiagnosed slipped disc which was missed originally.

Sheffield v Leicester- 25th June

Maybe... or maybe Dan should grow a pair and not put up with this kind of BS from Lodz, either way it needs to stop. If he's not getting selected to ride, maybe he's not actually ready for Poland yet and should concentrate on achieving better results consistently elsewhere, then the Polish clubs will be swarming for him. -
Why is Bowes out for the return at Berwick? He hasn't really contributed too many points this season, seems to spend more time off the track than on.

Dan T would much rather have been at Sheffield and would have earned more riding at Sheffield for Leicester instead of paying for flights for him and mechanic ,hire car, airport parking and two nights hotel accommodation all to not ride and get his guarantee and then has to fly back again on Saturday to be messed around again . Maybe it is time that the ACU get involved and refuse British riders start permission if they have a clash of meetings in the UK as the PZM have done previously to Polish riders - Yesterday

Well this weeks announcement got everyone talking about it before and after! Clearly doing something right! They way I see it right now is two perhaps three promotions are professional and forward thinking if the rest fall into line we might just get somewhere!
