  1. Past hour
  2. Phil -> Hi, Mark Mark -> G'day Phil -> Not Really Pal, It's a bad day because I'm still gutted about Dan. Mark -> Aren't we all, It's a good job that I'm an Aussie otherwise we would've lost Brady to them as well. Phil -> I know right, Have you heard about Nilsson? If yes then you need to stop this from happening. Mark -> I'll see what I can do, No promises though. Phil -> Thanks, Pal. Mark -> No worries.
  3. I normally acquire at least two season tickets for the three clubs I spectate at, Workington, Berwick and Redcar, but with a postponed AGM and family asking “what do I want for Christmas? “ when am I going to know the details for 2027 ? Number of home fixtures ? what nights are the fixtures? Who's in the league ? Are there going to be any NDL teams I can follow ? Should I just settle for socks and underpants ?
  4. I mean. Everyone already knows. So now will be no different to later
  5. Absolutely nobody else is disputing what the rules state but yourself. 010.2.3 - With the approval of the BSP LTD GC or Directors. That line alone is very very clear, reassessment isn't guaranteed and others promoters (and supporters) have a right to question any reassessment. Kim Nilsson should ABSOLUTELY NOT be allowed the 4.50 reassessment.
  6. If you thought the sour grapes were already bad, Just wait until the first picture of Bewley in Witches kevlars is released. A new river will be discovered in Manchester that's for sure.
  7. Had a really nice phone call with Mark. Was an eye opener
  8. I hope they invited Stewart Dickson for his input?
  9. There’s a Belle Vue supporter on this forum and you know who you are, who is attempting to contact the Belle Vue management to look in to and contest, the average of Kim Nilsson. I wish I could say I was joking but alas. Pure desperation stuff. Comical.
  10. How many times before people learn. Don’t feed the troll, don’t give him the oxygen that he craves. It’s plain as day (or should be!) what his game is. Stick it on ignore.
  11. Today
  12. Wow there are some bitter lemons up in Manchester. We all know every rider is a free agent come November 1st unless a multi year deal has been signed.
  13. I'm commenting simply to keep this thread at the top of the forums because there are no mods anymore. Ignore.
  14. Grmek is definitely not worth that. Rode most of the year at reserve (he would start as second string at Glasgow) and has a worse average than both Mario Hausl and Ryan Ingram. Even Mitchell Cluff, who can't ride Armadale (his home track last year), had a better average than Grmek
  15. It is a bit of a joke Nilsson is 4.5 but at the end of the day it’s not Ipswich fault, the rule book is a complete mess.
  16. I have no clue if we will win the trophy anything can happen in speedway im not gonna sit here and say the rumoured team will easly win cause we dont know if 1 thats the team or 2 any other teams. We are never gonna agree and neither will see each others side so best just to move on cause arguing over age average is just stupid when again we dont even know if thats the team. Every club knows they dont own riders its not just us some people stay with a club for years cause they like it others move on for whatever reason they want you are the one trying to make a big deal that we are stealing when you cant steal a rider they make their own choice.
  17. Paco is ok if he has an inside gate and makes a start. Overated IMO.
  18. Just take their averages in October when you are lifting the trophy as a TEAM. This has really irked me and maybe that was the intent but I didn’t have you down as a troll like the other bunch. Due to the rules Richard only has free rein age wise over the top five so that’s what I used from my comparison. Perfectly reasonable, don’t you agree? Ipswich seems to be the only club stating this free agents spin as a way to take the sting out of their activities. Other clubs have a stronger bond with their riders and most fans can readily identify a particular rider with a particular club. I like it that way but I respect your opinion to the contrary even though I believe it to be detrimental to the fan engagement aspect of the sport.
  19. Agreed most people say he's a lovely fella but he seems to have peaked at second string level , personally would take a chance on the young aussie you mention or try and get a new lad in from overseas even given that its 50/50 whether they turn into a success.
  20. As I commented yesterday, the following rule underneath the chart also states said chart will be used if the rider has been missing for more than 3 seasons
  21. Every Club will need some experienced Leaders in the pits due to the amount of youngsters in each team. Some of the youngsters have bright futures granted but they still lack experience to a point where they've still got a lot to learn and who better to learn from when it comes to riders like Doyle, King, Harris and co to name a few.
  22. They have birthdays all over the place they will all be what I said when they sign Pretty sure cairns will have been signed based on ability for a low average rather than bringing an average age down.. There's no tree ripping up when you sign a free agent / self employed rider at the end of a season
