Kennett generally is pants anywhere other than Eastbourne Rye House and Lakeside, unfortunately none of which are in the Premiership. Not convinced this change helps Ipswich.5 points

I also enjoying watching R Lambert race, and British speedway will be all he poorer as a spectacle without him.4 points

My best memory of Bellego as a witch will be when he pipped Schlein on the line in the BT meeting, what a ride!4 points

No you’re not a lick arse, just an arse. And yes you can have an opinion but if it’s a loads of cobblers as it usually is then expect people on a forum to pick it apart.3 points

Make sure he’s paid his tenner before you launch him back over3 points

The troll comes out with similar obsessive predictions on the Swindon supporters page on Facebook.....apparently Dan Green is classed as a fan on the up lol hilarious considering he never actually goes!!! But of course ReadingRacersFan/Zagar Racing and his many other aliases would deny they are the same person...3 points

40 years on, what an awful day. I knew it was bad on the night and remember seeing the news report in the paper. Sad day for Steve Weatherley also should be remembered. RIP Vic3 points

And miss all his insightful knowledge and in depth analysis not to mention his inside info!!3 points

Scores from https://sportowefakty.wp.pl Harris has just won his fourth ride, beating Michelsen. Fricke is first rider to defeat Bellego a heat later. https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/relacja/95357/ for the France meeting. https://sportowefakty.wp.pl/zuzel/relacja/95355/ for the Glasgow meeting.2 points

Please come and say hello so I can launch you back over the wall out of the stadium, not wanted , not nice2 points

Depending on who Swindon have in for Zach, it could be a big 4 PL points for the Robins - hope so anyway2 points

Have you tried all that travelling? If he had give up the UK this season you would have probably been having a go then. At the moment in British speedway you have to enjoy the riders like these as not many will race here anymore. Whilst he has had a poorish season by his standards I like many others still enjoy watching him race.2 points

Not an excuse, but a reason. Anyway as somebody who only ever posts negativity and moaning at least you’ll have to find somebody else to whinge about if (when) Lambert drops the UK next year.2 points

Meeting now postponed (and it's still raining whatever anybody else says)2 points

To say I empathise with this is an understatement. That is why I am in Edinburgh and not dashing down the country as I did for so many years (and enjoyed at the time).2 points

Echo that My lad in the middle of his GCSEs had to stay at home with grandprents rather than come away on holiday with us during the half term because of the pressure to do extra lessons and revision Personally Im not convinced the approach has benefitted him too much. A bit more fun and relaxation couldve put him in a better frame of mind and helped him just as much2 points

looking at me and the crowd around me in the old grandstand it would be almost impossible not to be "younger and prettier" !!2 points

I find it hard to imagine that Kennett will be any worse than Bellego has been. Obviously has a massive issue with the Foxhole track and going forward that would have been a big problem. Time will tell but I reckon this is a punt worth taking.2 points

Depends on the agreement between the rider and the club he's guesting for. What the injured rider he is replacing earns has got absolutely nothing to do with any arrangement made.2 points

Rerun videos would of filmed it Trees !!!! look it was not a classic by any means but the racing was really hard fought .The new track really has the potential to be a really good racetrack, unlike Poole who have holes in there track that would swallow up a elephant.2 points
-
To be fair Steve, you should see the amount of homework... Not sure what they actually do at school!!... My lad has been in over ten times during the past two holiday breaks doing 'compulsory revision', including Saturdays... "Eeee, it's all changed since I were a lad" etc etc etc.2 points

Half?!!! I think only Reading Racers Fan would want him to stay .....2 points

You dont think that riding at 3 or 4 that 8 points is enough from 4 rides? Your number 1 and 5 should be getting 23 or 24 between them and then your number 3 gets 8 , you are on 32 points and doesnt leave much for the other 4 to get to win a meeting Scott for Wolves scored 11+2 9+2 12+1 9+2 13+1 away 9+1 away I would suggest most teams would be happy with that return from their third heat leader2 points

I must admit feeling a little frustrated, finding out Tommy Knudsen's racing gear (which he kindly donated to the Speedway Riders' Fund) is being auctioned off to a small gathering in Coventry next week when, ideally, it should have been offered to a wider audience and, in the process, increasing proceeds from it. eBay is the first port of call. As it is, I can see some unscrupulous dealer getting their hands on items and they themselves making maximum profit by putting it, for example, on the aforementioned auction site. I know this post is going to attract criticism of me. But, Tommy's superb act of generosity, I fear, isn't going to reap maximum potential. I hope I am wrong. If it was a time thing, I for one would have volunteered to do the ebay selling for the fund.1 point

Eh... A run-off to make a Semi-final would be silly. All things considered. Glad three Brits qualified today (& Holder didn't). Was worried for Lambert considering Smektala & Holder were inside him from the gate in the decisive heat 20. Vaculik & Iversen may make top 8, so all to play for down to 5th potentially in the final. Having seen Wroclaw at Lublin Friday, I'd make Fricke favourite, sadly.1 point

Jeremycorbynfan, Readingracersfan, Zagarracing, Mattfordfan, Morfs into KKS from around 8 years ago. For those interested, he/she is a Peterborough fan and used to fawn over Kenneth Bjerre ( hence KKS....King Kennet speed). There were the usual numerous identities in those days too.....King Batchelor speed, MJJ ( his/her love in with Michael Jesper Jensen) LinusSunstrom was another one. Tiresome post? Tiresome poster....1 point

To be honest, it really didn't look that bad, but crashes on the straight can be deceptive. It could actually have been a lot worse, but Laguta did well to control it after clipping Lampart's back wheel. It just proves how things can change in a split-second - and can affect a whole season... Steve1 point

I had wondered if he is spreading himself a bit thin this year.....he didn’t make the best of starts to the season in the three main leagues and as well as those he is now doing World U21, SoN, GP’s, GP qualifying and has the Euros to come. That’s an awful lot of travelling around and country hopping and must be very difficult to keep fresh. That said I’m sure he will come good again.1 point

The items look far too good to be sold off line. Ebay charge a 10% sellers commission compared to 20% for buyers and sellers on auction sites like the saleroom. Ebay has a worldwide audience to maximize funds for any good causes.1 point

Lots of fishermen on west coast Scotland use Norwegian weather forecasting agency as much more accurate for Scotland.Funnily enough a South African told me they use Nowegian service too for forecast for where he lives in South Africa!!1 point

Holiday camp lager normally warm, beers & lagers at Speedway always nice and cold.1 point

single g&t would be ok - beer is usually belhaven, john smiths or carling - not sure what holiday camp lager is but what's on offer is the same stuff we've sold for the past three seasons with few complaints1 point

Never ever use BBC weather. Its shockingly bad and always wrong. If there is like 5% of rain they always say heavy rain. Theres alot less rain around Glasgow than what was predicted. If the covers are down I'd say Glasgow are good to go.1 point

Darwin's theory of survival of the fittest will be once again be proven.... For far too long Speedway has propped up teams in the league at any cost... Hence it has become not much more than a vehicle to allow riders to ride professionally in an haphazard scatter gun way, rather than a bona fide professional team sport which attracts a loyal emotional following and has credibility... Sometimes you do need to strip everything back and start again... When supply of riders exceeds demand it can start to turn round it's fortunes..1 point

High speed, lots of banking and now that last year's track alterations have settled down the racing has improved massively, with distinct inside and outside lines. We haven't had a dud meeting this season despite the relatively comfortable wins.1 point
