hagonshocker 1,956 Posted March 31, 2015 (edited) Genuinely fed up of hearing how great Lynn is only to see a crap meeting. It's not 2000 any more and Lynn's track is pants. And by pants I mean little in the way of racing and riders once again all over the place. Couldnt agree more! Btw Kelvin Swindon also have a new stadium but shame you either didnt listen to Nigel or more likely you dont give a friar tuck? I can only agree 15 heats and the only overtakes were courtesy of mistakes in heats 6 & 10, that was awful processional crap and as for Lakeside they were truly dreadful, complete and utter pants of a display. The only highlight was Robert Lambert, what a star. Edited March 31, 2015 by bigcatdiary
mdmc82 2,878 Posted March 31, 2015 Congratulations to a 5 man Kings Lynn team. Standout rider of the night was Robert Lambert. Brilliant tonight. Hope Kerr and Porsing are okay

Countershaftcounter 360 Posted March 31, 2015 I'd have put Ellis in heat 15, he was the only one who seemed to do any overtaking.
Daniel Smith 5,666 Posted March 31, 2015 If it's prepared better than anywhere in the country, why do we see, time after time such poor meetings and racing there each time sky visits? Gone are the days when "good preparation", meant lots of dirt on the track. The bikes have changed, the riders have changed and the prep has to change accordingly. Sky may be the clue?? Almost every meeting on Sky is generally pretty bad is it not?? Track was smooth & slick, exactly what else are we supposed to do to make this an entertaining meeting. Start 15m back every heat?? I will admit and said many times the track hasn't produced top draw racing week in week out but tonight was pure and simple. The visitors added nothing. Lakeside were the only reason for a poor televised meeting. They looked like they weren't even trying

SCB 0 Posted March 31, 2015 Lakeside were bad but did you miss one of your guys going off in an ambulance after turn 2 threw him off?And it nearly had a few others off too, including AJ. I agree Lakeside didn't help but the track was still pants. Good to see a young Brit gating his way to a paid maximum in the EL though, regardless of the opposition. mdmc82 2,878 Posted March 31, 2015 Going to be hard for Kings Lynn to find a guest for Kerr on Friday with so many other teams riding (weather permitting)
