customhouseregular 1,651 Posted April 6, 2015 Looking at the admission prices for tracks around the Country, I would say £17 for 2 meetings is pretty good value. You have some good riders competing in the PL meeting, and a chance for the NL lads to show what they can do in front of a (hopefully) decent crowd. Easter Monday, good weather and plenty of races...who could ask for more for their £17?.
Steve55 340 Posted April 6, 2015 (edited) Scunthorpe fan says they need 3 new riders, think it's more like 5! Edited April 6, 2015 by Steve55

JCookie 753 Posted April 6, 2015 Bet Scunthorpe cannot wait for Douglas to return, what an uninspiring side. Whoever thought signing Alex Davies and David Howe as a top 2, at any level above the NL, should be severely reprimanded.
thebaron 434 Posted April 6, 2015 (edited) Had to miss today as BCFC were playing PNE; either way not a great day results wise. Reading the score the positives seem to be Josh 15 and Wilko 11. Obviously its early days and the message would be hold yer horses dont panic !. Onto Redcar week Thurs. Edited April 6, 2015 by the outsider

SCB 0 Posted April 6, 2015 scunny look awful More Sheffield look great And Alex Davies is an abysmal signing.Only score points at Somerset last time he was here and has had a year out. Never made sense. And bets of all they have had to ignore the guidelines/rules to get him a visa anyway!
brylcream boy 141 Posted April 6, 2015 Now I know how Sheffield supporters have felt for the last few years. But as Sir Rob says 'It's not where you start, it's where you finish'.
Robinh88 571 Posted April 6, 2015 I don't think Sheffield are that good personally
Bagpuss 10,804 Posted April 6, 2015 Sheffield will take some stopping if Sissis gets going. You could see this result coming as Scunny look poor. Early days though.
