Good stuff from the Witches but I have just had a text joke sent to me....

Why should you never let the Ipswich Witches walk your dog?

Because they cant hold onto a lead!

(thanks Beerhut)

A very often story for ipswich. Grabbing a defeat from the jaws of victory.

Good stuff losing a 12 point lead? Fair enough.

Cracking joke and ain't it the truth.

Could be very different next monday as Hansen wont be there it will be NBJ who wont match his score today depends on Ulrich and Grondal how close it is

Added to the fact that losing is a bad habit to get rid of. Are there any more changes on the way or are carrying on with what we have. I bet next Monday at Peterborough won't be this close. Must wins against Redcar and Glasgow if we want any chance of the play off. Please I do not wish to take any responsibility for anyone choking on my previous sentence.😅

Didnt get the hype around Tom Stokes good to give a young english rider a chance but his scores for Lynn starlets havnt been that good and think he will do well to stay in the team unfortunately.

Grondal poor again only has one good meeting a month these days. Whats going on with Ulrich as well

There isn't any hype around Stokes. he's a steady progress prospect that has suffered a few injuries over the last couple of seasons.

He's a rider that will build over time & not come as an instant impact. If Peterborough persevere with him you'll have a good little rider I'm confident of.

today really meant nothing and cant be sure who was trying out what etc

Next Monday will give a much better gauge as to how the teams are really shaping up.

To me Ipswich losing away to Peterborough on a last heat decider is a pretty good result and probably there was nobody who . would forecast it to be that close . Hardly a joke is it?

Well for a nothing match that wasn't half bad entertainment, Witches were good early doors but Panthers clawed it all back with the lead changing hands several times towards the end.

Glad to see King wasn't hurt after his heat 15 spill and was told machinery problems were Ostergaards and Grondals problem.

Cook rides next week in the PL fixture, that's why it's an 8.00pm start, to allow him King and Sargeant time to get from Belle Vue,s midday match against Coventry to Peterborough.
