You drive/get driven to Kings Lynn, ride, drive/driven home... Is not the same as.. Getting to Croatia, booking into hotels, try to eat well, and not upset your stomach.... Ride on a unfamiliar track, material, language issues, then get yourselves back to Blighty.. Ultimately better preperation, experience, than a 2 day jolly on a track you are or should be pretty familiar with.. In my opinion anyway. Still, better than nowt I suppose.
