Laobob 19 Posted September 12, 2018 Teams now announced. With 8.79 to play with is Mason Campton the best option as no one else is riding on Thursday or would R/R for Rory be better? Witches reserves look much stronger but we will still need good contributions from Cam, Mark and Nico if we are going to stop Glasgow getting a point! Looking forward to seeing this for first visit of the season. Ipswich: 1. Richard Lawson (g) 8.83 2. Cameron Heeps 6.19 © 3. Nico Covatti 6.66 4. Mark Riss 5.51 5. Mason Campton (g) 8.79 6. Coty Garcia 4.26 7. Drew Kemp 2.00. Glasgow: 1. Craig Cook 9.96 2. James Sarjeant 4.21 3. Claus Vissing 7.49 4. Paul Starke 5.66 5. Chris Harris 8.15 © 6. Jack Thomas 2.00 7. Weeyin 1,022 Posted September 12, 2018 Coming down for this one, not been there since the 70's, its a do or die meeting for the Tigers but if they ride like they did last night against Edinburgh , it will be a cracking meeting. The signing of Craig Cook has been a wonder stroke, he has brought a feel good factor to our season and has led from the front, it is also good to see him smiling again and enjoying his racing. Fromafar 10,370 Posted September 12, 2018 Think this is on a knife edge,Ipswich are very hit or miss these days, threw it away at Ashfield last week so who knows what will happen this week.
TommyTanker 75 Posted September 12, 2018 (edited) Create a puddle on the track, show Craig, then he will soon be back in his van driving away . Having said that, I really like Craig and enjoy watching him race at Foxhall. if the track is spot on for good racing I wouldn't be Suprised if he lowers the track record. Paulco 7,079 Posted September 12, 2018 Ipswich taking a risk drafting in two former Glasgow riders as guests for this huge clash . Added to that a former Tiger slides his broomstick round Foxhall at reserve , do Ipswich understand that once a Tiger always a Tiger , except for Kevin Wolbert . As a youngster growing up in Argentina , all his classmates longed to be Maradona , Coty dreamed of being Robett Nagy . Richard , son of god , was born in a stable and visited by three wise men with gifts of , a pint of heavy , a Tigers racejacket and a picture of a statue with a motorway cone on it's head . And growing up in Australia Mason Campton would have a bush tucker trial eating Haggis , square sausage and tattie scones . So Witcypoos , you have been warnef 5

dontforgetthefueltapsbruv 10,706 Posted September 12, 2018 Not too fussed about the result as even 2 Witches home wins this week wont secure a play off place Will be happy just to see a cracker of a meeting Id not be too unhappy to see Glasgow win and make the play offs given that we cant.

TommyTanker 75 Posted September 12, 2018 I think the last really good meeting I saw at Foxhall was against the Comets a couple of years ago. That was a banger.
TheScotsman 2,483 Posted September 12, 2018 Should I make the long journey to Fox Holes on Thursday? Will Mark score that elusive maximum? Could I stand another dose of disappointment just 2 days after the first one? Decisions decisions.
