I didn’t think he would be able to on his Newcastle average, presume he must have a Premiership average that allows him to? Don’t understand why rising star averages kept secret.

Yes his Newcastle average wouldn't convert down to a 3 average in the PL.

So if his average is too high once converted,, and he isn't replacing a rising star,,, then surely he can't guest. Oh hang on,,, this is speedway,,, anything can happen

His last Premiership GSA was 2.47 for Leicester in 2018.

Same song isnt it ,  the team info has come from BV website so they seem happy for Mountain to be included but having just seen the yorkshire weather on tv for tomorrow no one will be riding unless its on jet skis . Mountains "average" for Newcastle must  be higher for October
