Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted April 12, 2022 Well I thought I would get this one started as meetings are now coming up thick and fast. Pirates riding three meetings in 4 days, with some of the team riding 4 days on the trot. Will certainly be race fit. Leicester have looked world beaters at home so far, slaughtering the opposition. It’s looking like all they have to do is turn up and the points fall into the wallet, such is their domination. Will they rip the Pirates a new one, or will they actually have opposition of note? Hopefully they will be complacent as they haven't been massively tested yet. Not saying Poole are they ones to do that though!! Will depend a lot on both set of brothers I think! Zach and Ben out perform theirs, I think good shot at least of the losers point!

I think any rider showing complacency in a team managed by Stuart Dixon will get his a**e kicked. 1

Home advantage to swing it. However, will be well worth a visit (even for neutrals) to watch two teams who will be well motivated to perform on a night when good weather is being predicted. GiveusaB 1,145 Posted April 13, 2022 I will be most interested to see whether Poole can convince me that Leicester is a decent race track?
PowerfulPierre 88 Posted April 13, 2022 I doubt that the Bates' will have to dig as deep for this week's wages bill but I suspect that the Lions will pull it off. Hopefully we'll also enjoy some closer racing than we've seen lately.
