Well done to all the riders who took part in the 2022 British final, all were competitive and give their all in every race, also well done to the track staff who maintained the racing surface in warm afternoon conditions.

Dan Bewley was superb all afternoon although he did have to fight his way from the back on a number of occasions.

Tom Brennan a real star for the future who pulled off some great passes.

Craig Cook came back from a few weeks out injured and showed he has lost none of his racing hunger with some daring passes on bens four.

Danny King was good value for his fourth place but was just edged out .

All in all a great afternoon of racing, I hope the Star Wars characters collected plenty of cash for the BEN fund.

Well done NSS for putting on a great show.

Fate may help Brennan in the long run.

Getting experience on 2 fast bigger Polish style tracks like Belle Vue and Glasgow.

No disrespect but he'd not have done that if his main track was still a small trick track.

He's also got very professional support now from Craig Cummings who is full of GP know how and global contacts.

Beginning to show in his marked improvement.

Did he not have Martin Dugard in his camp at one time? He's obviously got a bit of expertise at his disposal but it's still up to him to put the advice into practice.

Billy Hamill wasn't it who had Craig Cummings?

does this mean tom will be wild card for cardiff next year or will the british final be before then and maybe rob him of his chance

It was announced at the track that this years winner (or runner up in this case) would not be at Cardiff next year.

There's quite a bit been said about the Belle Vue 123 being due to home track advantage?  I get that these lads have ridden there more, but with so few clubs in the league, it's not as

if the track is a mystery to the rest of the lads.  They've all ridden there many times in their own right.

TBF Danny King should have been top 3 but he was on the slowest bike all day, however whose fault was that?

Why when next years final will be run before Cardiff 2023?

No robbing of anything, was clear and the riders will of known wildcard spot wasn't up for grabs.
