Who does the track prep at these venues? 

A great race track with garbage racing...

(Once again)...

When one rider dominates like is happening the least the events need is some decent racing...

Is it the home track curators who prepare the tracks or "SGP" ones?

If the latter..

Keep them away from the NSS if it gets a GP...

BV can be extended to 9/10k with temporary stands as 8n 2016 for world team championship.  Do you think there is 9k at Mallila tonight?  I don’t.

They were affordable in 2016 and it paid off because stadium wasn’t not quite full. For a GP it would the the same or even full.

2016 ... what was classed as being 'affordable', let alone profitable, that year was a little different bearing in mind the other issues at the NSS at the time.
