I thought the powers that be stopped the 3 league merchants, happy to be wrong though Riding in all 3 leagues was stopped for 2021 season but soon reintroduced for the 2022 season when they realised they are only slowing young riders progress down. But I think there is a rule in there around you can only ride for 3 teams under the age of around 22 , to stop riders like Hume or Coles doing it who are mid 20’s & reached their level.
