Quiet in here ? No news is good news ….. right ?

KK, Klindt, MPT, TJ, Picko, Jacobson won't be far out. If that is the team i worry about us holding on to a lead later on in meetings. Heats 13 and 15 springs to mind.

You have two of the biggest improvers there though. Jakobsen and Pickering are on false averages. Pickering was averaging nearly 8 at one point.

I know it's nearly Christmas but that's far too friendly and helpful from a Witches fan for the Stars mob :D:P

Team being revealed in a supporters meeting at the stadium on Monday December 12th, 7:30pm start.

As has been said, if it’s anything other than Klindt, Jorgensen, Pickering, Palm Toft, Kasprzak, Jakobsen & Edwards I’ll be very surprised.

  • Thanks 1

I'm up for that as long as you don't have to pay to get in. The beers dear enough as it is:D

Will the meeting include an ownership change announcement , if it does will hopefully then mean the Peterborough announcement is imminent also

"If" there is an ownership change & the new owner has been involved in selecting the 2023 side questions need to be asked of their ambition.

Many say we'll have a 'super strong' reserve throughout the season, but that only works if there's strength at No1 & No5.

Unfortunately, the make-up of that team, 2nd half of meeting it's getting heavily battered.

Not 1 of those rider's stands up against any of the other teams (predicted) Heatleader's, it's frightening.

Is Dale still involved?

Pretty clear that the idea is to emulate P'boro class of 2021, they tried last year but it didn't work. The plan is to have six riders averaging around seven and a FTR who chips in, if that's the case there won't be too many big hitters above say Klindt and Pickering....you are probably looking at Doyle and Bewley, possibly Fricke, Holder, Kurtz, Harris, Museilak & Masters although they can all be hit and miss. The key is that the top six has to be rock solid and the senior reserve must hit double figures. Don't forget MPT was at 1 for P'boro when they won the title.

Our league isn't littered with massive names, there's certainly nothing frightening out there IMO. Having Jakobsen at reserve should be more scary for other sides.

One thing which MUST happen is winning at home every week, over the last few seasons we've lost far, far too often on home soil.

Nobody knows. The only certainty at the moment is Alex Brady remains, may be he's bought the club?

Wait to see on Monday

MPT is more than capable of winning the big Heats around Lynn. He's underrated imo.

Picko & Jakobsen are two big average improvers.

KK won't be as bad as the majority think imo. He'll have a couple of his cba nights along the way but I think he'll do well enough in the end.

I don't know how Ipswich & Leicester are going to finish off team building yet but I think the rumoured KL team is much better than Wolverhampton's 1-7.

I certainly hope he isn’t but  if Jorgensen is in the side I bet he is personally I hope Alitt is history at KL

TJ will be there. His name hasn't come up on other teams threads.
