Yes, i also went to Stamford Bridge when the track was still there to see. And i went to the derelict New Cross stadium and stood on what was left of the terracing. It’s still used for various activities cycling, running cross country, there is an athletic club based there. Local half marathon and 10k both finish on the athletic track. Was used for football up to a couple of years ago now houses have been built on the pitches behind it and the 3G pitch dug up. Incredible view looking down from the top of the cycle track but after eight or so heats began to wish they were racing round it rather than a slick track which, because it was on top of the athletics track, had no banking and one racing line.
