Hans fighting his teammate more than he’s fought anyone from an opposing side this year, no words anymore

Post of the night imo.

Scotty was asked about Laguna on Discovery coverage - just disappointed that he isn't there what ever has happened.

Definitely knew more than he let on

Speedway needs to do something. 15 heats is not enough to justify £22 for a meeting.

We should have 25 heats.

15 heats is also too thinly spread for a 2 hour TV program. It's a joke.

Fair play to Belle Vue sticking with Mulford, he's come on leaps and bounds. Looks a completely different rider

U can understand fans not going to tv meetings the time it takes to run.

That's purely the reason i have not gone. If it had been on BSN I would as you can't beat live Speedway, but the pace of a Eurosport meeting is just not fun

Sad to see such a decline in what was four or five years ago a passable sport. The top league should be abandoned. Two leagues only with riders who are prepared to ride u k speedway as a their main league and any overseas clubs who they join are aware that the British fixtures take precedent. If it means you end up with part time riders who have jobs outside the sport so be it, it was not that bad last time it was run on this basis. It has no future as it is currently run. Once great teams/tracks like KL and Peterborough have been sacrificed by promoters who fail to operate in the interest of the entire sport. I really hope that someone with some vision can drag this out of the mess and make a successful before it is consigned to history. We cannot compete with overseas clubs/ leagues so stop pretending we can.

Why did they put Cook off 15 metres?
Surely Hans is doing enough off of the gate to have put himself amongst it ….

Why would you not put Hans off the line there? Seems utterly bizarre to go 15m.

Just needs to gate something better than being 5 yards down at the 4th turn..

Plenty fast enough. ..

100% correct...

But you could have written the same, at least, 10 years ago..

The ego's involved though won't ever allow the fundamental, radical change needed...

You see what happens when Ben Basso is partnered by a proper team mate, Back to his old self with a 5-1.

Apart from one track, speedway races are three laps too many. Should be one lap dash as after bend three, that’s it.
