Ipswich v Wolves July 6th

Can’t see is getting anything out of this

Masters Schlein and Nicholls are pretty much track specialists

Douglas and Cook were exceptional last time though Worrall looked like a novice

Can’t see our middle order scoring enough to back up the top two

42-48 for me …. Hope the boys prove me wrong

Not gonna be there - gonna stick my neck out and say Jason and Emil will claim a narrow win for the Witches in heat 15!

I’ll just leave this here!

Good to see from King if he can provide solid 9-10 points each week we will be fine …. Riss and Rew struggling

If King don't return 8-10 points a match Ipi normally struggle to getta win as the other riders don't generally chip in with enough points, so good job he did score well last night, 37 from the top 3 but only 10 from the other 4.

I enjoyed my first visit to Foxhall for around 40 years! I'm currently on holiday on the Broads and decided to visit Ipswich rather than Kings Lynn as the match looked more attractive for a neutral.

I had no trouble getting there, nor parking. Getting in was a little slow but no complaints there. The stadium itself is pretty impressive, with the big grandstands on the back straight, and having bought some food me and my son found a seat in the grandstand. The view was really good, although my own preference is to be a bit closer to the action. The racing wasn't bad at all, although as mentioned on the updates Wolves did seem to get some flyers. As expected, when the Witches have Jason and Emil as their top two heats 13 and 15 will always favour them.

A couple of things I noticed, the music wasn't very modern, although I didn't mind that, and there also seemed to be a lot of children around where we were sitting. Hopefully the latter is a good sign for Ipswich.

The meeting was done and dusted in just over 90 minutes, from tapes up to the end of heat 15, including the interval so well done to all for that.

I had no trouble getting out afterwards and but for the A140 being closed would have been back in Wroxham by 10.45.

Taking everything into consideration, that was an enjoyable evening.

Wasn't there so can't comment on much,, but good to see Danny's score,, definitely riding himself into a team spot for next year. Looking at some of the other scores,,, they really should be doing better,,,,

Down to the refs to sort it out

Whilst he (and others) get away with it then why would they not try it on

Doyle is one of the worlds worst jumpers,,, although he does seem to do it less here,,, but I guess that's cos the competiton isn't so good
