Birmingham v Coventry 16/8

Recommended Posts

Bees have announced the team for this challenge, no suprises at number 1 bomber is named as captain, Kyle Howarth and Ben Barker take the other heat leader roles, the Thompson twins, Connor Mountain and Freddy Hodder make up the rest of the septet.

Presume the Brummies will have their regular side barring injuries and Mr Morris?

I think he meant as Dan is not riding tonight for Plymouth due to his shoulder injury then he won't be riding Wednesday either.

Word is that Emil is standing in for Ben. Well he did ride for the Bees in 2011.

A man can dream.

Turns out, we didn't need Emil after all. When Bomber rides like he did last night, you just stand back and applaud him. He was on fire. As a tribute to the Bees and all the fans that were there it was most fitting.

A huge thank you to Birmingham for putting on this meeting, the riders that turned out to represent our historic club and for all 14 competitors for a splendid show.
