Set in stone in speedway very quickly becomes not set in stone.

I have obviously lied about the very professional part.

Think you may want to watch the Scunthorpe meeting where Rob does mention it.

However, there is nothing in the rulebook stating the cutoff date so there could well be some arguments of it being implemented.

Which is probably why it's not even popular enough to be classed as a minority sport now - if a sport at all
