He won’t be in Top 5 on 7+ average.Even although some Gp guys were  inconsistent most were around 8.5+.and that’s Premiership.

That was his av this year, weaker league in 24 expect his and others to rise to occasion at which I have no doubt it will

Hardest part of speedway consistancy, I see gp guys failing this in uk and polish tracks, everything needs to come together, he will be top 5 in championship ave at seasons end, he will want a premiership ride, rides his average on all tracks

I expect Allen to improve his average, but can't see him being in the top 5 Champ averages, come the end of the season.

He'll be behind Kerr, Schlein, Harris, Worrall, Masters, Nicholls, Lawson, King & Wright for sure (& maybe others).

Staying at the same level in 2024, will mean Allen's average going up (weaker league).

With heat leaders missing, it should be at the top end of teams that the biggest average rises occur.

Technically only two and a half heat leaders with any effect are missing from the Championship. You can’t really count Andersen (performance) or Tarasenko (late comer). So it’s only Basso, Douglas and the two bad boys who are missing….and one of them can return in June.
Have I missed anyone?

2024 Team imo.

1. Howarth 7.76

2. Gilkes 4.84

3. Palm Toft 7.01

4. S. Lambert 5.87

5. Allen 7.16

6. Ablitt 2.93

7. Harrison 2.00

= 37.57

I think your right, I can't see Gilkes wanting to ride for Workington or Berwick as he has a polish team.

A bit of a hill to get over.

A few riders rode on Fridays this last year then riding for Polish clubs. I think the practice is more important this next year.

With the fixtures being out today, it seems that we have gone down a similar route to this last year which seemed to suit us. Almost every month, on Friday's, we have 2 at home, 1 away & 1 spare "fill in" day.

They was some teams that didn't seem to arrange their own fixtures regularly, maybe due to having a junior team, but hope for their own fans sake that it is better prepared for 2024.
