Would Danny Gappmeier fit?

Also out of interest does anyone know Jack Smiths championship average? He always makes big noise about nit getting a championship birth and hes got fixed up in Sweden and Poland fir next year when he would have been on paper one if the strongest reserves!

Just thinking if say celina leibman doesnt turn out as a good move fir all parties maybe jack would be a shout as hes gone well at northside a few times last year

Other riders who within the remaining average allowance and have been on these shores the last couple of years

Jonas Knudsen 5.39

Anders Rowe 5.95

Broc Nicol 5.95

Dillon Ruml 5.47

Hans Andersen 6.32

Ricky Wells 5.20

Nikolai Busk Jacobsen 6.34

Danny Gappmeier 5.94

Kasper Anderson 4.10

Theo pijper 4.43

James Wright 5.24

Out of these Anders Rowe seems the man most likely to be going places but not sure of his commitments on the continent

He's often been given a chance in the Championship down the years and still hasn't kept down a place anywhere.  Maybe in a weaker league he may do a little better, but I think there are a few riders ahead of him with more potential, IMO.

Last I heard he wanted to come over but couldn't get a visa.

Incidentally fellow Austrian Seb Kossler might be worth a punt for s9meone in the near future.

I think our last signing will be announced in the next few days.  Hopefully by the end of this week anyway.

Vissing still holding out for about £100 a point and Workington not prepared to pay it. Who blinks first?

We haven't got Pooles money, so IF the last signing is Vissing, I think he will have to lower his wage expectations a bit, as imo that's number 1 money, not 3rd heat leader money.  Maybe Mr Shovlar can ask Matt Ford if he will help the comets out

If true I hope Workington stick to their ground, while Vissing would be a great signing, don't risk the clubs future, please.

Club survival is more important than league position

Aslong as the racing is good we don't need to be top 3 in league

I agree totally, I personally am thankful we have championship racing again. I think initially steady away should be the plan, we can break eggs with big sticks once things are established.

If a rider is on 100 a point that's 5 full paying adults per point for points money alone potentially 300 to 400 paying adults per meeting just for points money for team on average
