With a 38 point limit, every team should look weaker at home.

To me this team is stronger than if they had included Douglas, having to drop Mountain for a reserve to fit under the limit for example.

Each to their own!

I thought considering that soft patch, there was some entertaining racing very impressed with Allen and Ablett not so with King,Rory alluded to problems with chains this season already not much the riders can do about that though.

Track was iffy. How much work was done before the late start.. no idea.

Some reasonable racing later on but racing was satisfactory without being able to call it a good meeting.

I have enjoyed many meetings at Sunny in the past and hope to in the future

This is probably a silly question, but not being technically minded, can you get full screen on your TV when watching BSN?

from what i saw tonight it looks more like last weeks ref was right not to allow meeting on

wasnt much track work untill they nearly lost there own rider in ht 13

also find it strange that palm toft won his 2nd ride and could be seen on track obviously discussing the poor track  then pulled out

id say it was more down to not wanting to ride rather than injured

C Mountain is our own rider & he hit the soft patch in ht6 then falling.

There was a Stock Car meeting last Saturday so the track would have been scraped back of all shale then relaid after the Stock Car meeting probably Sunday. We have had poor weather, as has the rest of the country, all week so has probably not had time to bed together. The amount of rain we had Thursday night/Friday morning did not help matters.

One small patch of the track was causing bit of trouble if you went over it in the main the track was perfectly raceable.Any rider can get injured at any time don’t know what all the fuss is about. The riders didn’t seem too concerned.

The riders knew about the dip, some even inspected it & with multi racing lines at Scunthorpe, could the incidents been avoided?

There has been ruts, holes, dips etc on most tracks over the years, notably Poole & Leicester.

Considering the rain thought the track was pretty decent. At Glasgow we had a dip going into 3rd bend for years, the brave used it the less brave avoided it. As roo boy (Do we still call him that?) said about Charles Wright he had to commit to it to get the advantage of it. Riders that came down other than howarth looked tentative and got bit by it.
