I'm not sure why Kye would be considered a gamble tbh? If he had been at reserve all year, but would be in the top 5 next year (like Jacob Hook) I'd understand it being a gamble. Based on the last third of the season, I'd rather him a very positive signing, even if he can't keep that form up, don't see his average dropping.

Much has been said about riders and promoters but what about suppliers? Engine and parts providers for example? We all know standidised equipment can lower costs but what for example happened to the Sheffield experiment a few years ago with the Honda engines? Is it possible that the current part suppliers would be operating a cartel? Or as I always say 'Turkeys never vote for Christmas'

I think it is more of the Prem that is the issue. Not enough teams. No tv deal. League sponsor?  Interesting to see if Redcar announce all of their team in Dec at their Xmas party if AGM is in Jan 🤷‍♀️

You could say that about any rider tbh. Personally I'd have Kye in the team.
