That would be OK if people didn't misrepresent the legal position (as some Worky fanboys have). Combating that misinformation with a more accurate description of the legal position seems a perfectly proportionate response. -

Not quite sure what the criteria is for getting paid by the SRBF, it didn’t seem so widespread when I was riding (90s,2000s )it was there but I alway thought it was for serious injury’s, I never had anything off them, I was lucky avoiding serious injury’s but I had a few which kept me out for a few weeks but never had anything off them nor would I of wanted to, my insurance and speedway’s insurance was the only thing I got, I’m going to try to find out
