I can't see anything in the Regulations that permits a club to just choose the 'no facility' route. Does this mean they are applying to SCB for special dispensation each time, and it is being granted? -

I would of thought to get some helpful practice at the track, following Bomber round cant do any harm -
Why did they originally state they were looking to build a stadium for 5000 and now its 1500. Could it be due to insufficant carparking onsite. How big is the overflow parking? Fans should support the application but with large dose of skepticism. Clark Osborne is definately not to be trusted, he wants to build houses on the site of the Abbey Stadium. He may say he needs to build the houses to finance the new stadium, then he will find an excuse not to build the stadium. -
