The parting of the ways between Ipswich and Rew last year certainly worked out better for Ipswich than it did for Rew.

Sad news in my opinion for Monarchs if this is true. He had a really good first season and was progressing after getting to know all the tracks. If he has chosen to join another team there is nothing we can do about it with all riders self employed. If we have not included him for a rider that is "fitting" the averages that is something else. I have always trusted the promoters to build a good team within budget. Top end strength and decent reserves seems to be an essential for success now. Loftus and Grahn were must have riders for me , starting at the low end and it looks like we will benefit with a decent top end rider by default because of the 8+ rule. Mr Campbell it is over to you.  

It's all BSF rumours, I wouldn't take any notice of it...

Despite my misgivings about Kerr I think with his average it would be foolish to let him go elsewhere also love to have Nick Morris in the team but I doubt that will happen.

If that's the case then I agree with Ipswich here.  Rider costs/demands are helping British Speedway to go down the plughole.

Quite a few have other business that make money and they can offset some of the losses they make at the speedway end of things against tax at the successful business.
