Exactly why it can't be a 36.00 Limit for a Top 5. 36.00 Limit for a Top 5 makes the League stronger than last year with no potential TV deal / loss of income.

Actually - Monday & Thursday nights to see the (for now) top riders in action. Plenty of other clubs to see racing on the other nights - although prevailing attendance & sponsorship does not appear to be making those clubs hugely profitable sellouts - to say the least. As said elsewhere on this forum, it isn’t a single magic bullet that’s required to get UK speedway back on a growth journey (or even stopping the decline) it’s a good number of things which need to be addressed and put in place in a coordinated manner. One without the other is wasting precious time and certainly if the clubs/promoters cannot see or agree that working individually is of no long term use to the sport.

Yes some fair points. For me these clubs just want it to fall on there laps. How many teams actively try and promote the sport in the towns and surrounding areas? Ipswich have a partnership with Ipswich Town in last few years and crowds are very good at Foxhall but with a bit more promoting it could be even better. There's companies wanting to spend money to avoid tax it's just going out and getting them. Amateur sport has to do this so why shouldn't "professional speedway" -

No not a dig at all football takes all the headlines up here United and City dominate the sporting scene, followed by rugby league and cricket, lot of lower league football clubs as well, after Hyde Road was demolished quite a few fans were lost as they couldnt adjust to the confines of the dog track, then crowds just fell off and when the NSS opened many had been lost for good. Its amazing when i mention speedway the amount of people who say i used to go to Hyde Road are they still racing, they dont even know the NSS exists. I have seen David James when he played for City at the speedway and have seen Paul Scholes a few times too, sadly as we are seeing with the demise of so many clubs speedway is falling out of peoples awareness. Belle Vue have become Manchesters best kept secret. Was encouraging to see such a good crowd for the play off final second leg. -
It’s negative talk because anything else would be deluded, we are where we are and it always feels like those in charge say the right things, but then go and continue to do what they always do. If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got!
