Wolves are the only team that I think are capable of stopping the rocking robins - if they make the playoffs IMHO.3 points

Surely a manager has to be a good communicator. Sam bumbles through almost every sentence. How the he’ll he is on tv is beyond me3 points

Great news. The supporters club have done great work in the past organising tours and nights and donating towards riders' costs. The club will be much stronger going forward with their help.3 points

I thought that the other week,,,, strange name to use,,,,,, although must go down a treat on certain adult sites2 points

I’m not comfortable about Sheffield being hammered for dropping a British rider, they have to pick the seven who they believe give them the best chance of winning meetings regardless of nationality.2 points

It is very interesting to get the various thoughts on this matter from the I don’t want any tv meetings group ,Then you have the Let’s stick with BT e.g I am happy with what I am getting now group , Then the Let’s see what Eurosport are prepared to offer & get rid of Pearson and Tatum squad and then finally the bring it back on Sky sports with Tony Millard and Jonathan Green & Suzi Perry this of course cant happen sadly. It appears that this is not fully decided yet and the good thing for British Speedway is that there is a couple of offers available to the sport. I just hope that they are being advised by the correct people who know broadcasting. My worry with Eurosport although pan Europe is that they are bidding on other rights as well so Speedway’s a filler in case can’t get anything better and in 2020 they will not want to know Speedway during July and August due to the Olympics which they already have to broadcast .2 points

It is not getting past the tapes that is a problem for Sarjeant. It is going under them rather than over them that is his problem.2 points

NKI was Lynn bound if Lambert had been ruled out for the season. When this didn’t happen Buster, out of decency to Puk found him a home at one of his other places of work. I don’t see what the problem is. If NKI had wanted to start the season he would have been at Lynn, he didn’t.2 points

Just driving home from Swindon. In tears and heartbroken. 13 years ago, we won the Elite League by beating Reading.1 point
-
We won’t win at Wolves (or Poole) while Buster has a hole in his bottom. Unlike last year we are nowhere near good enough on the road this season.1 point
-
I hope we drop back down next year the so called top league can have its 4TT each week. Credit to Buster for keeping it alive this year but can’t see Peterborough staying in this league. Change the championship with no double uppers/downers and let the clubs ride on what night they want as shouldn’t affect Poland or Sweden.1 point

At cradley heath ,they used to have to beginning od wipeout , looped so than in the event of a cradley 5-1 they could play it as a derogotory jingle . we made a taped loop of the same thing .and took a ghetto blaster with us . when the beess got 5-1 s over them we pressed play on ghetto blaster !!! wore a set of batteries out in no time1 point

I just thought it was etiquette with someone taking time out at the track and at home to do these updates for many fans.People will be crying when no texters and updaters come forward. Some already moan when some matches aren't covered.1 point

Ipswich havn't had a GP rider riding for them for a few years now so no doubt he will get knackered with signing autograpths all night1 point

Are you going to the British GP in Cardiff? If so prepare to be deafened. Air horns are great and help to create atmosphere but some tracks don't allow them. You sound nice and conscientious so as long as you are pointing it upwards and not in someone's ear I would go ahead. If you gradually find you're standing on your own you will know other fans don't appreciate the noise.1 point

I thought that but it’s definitely not it is Eurosport. Onesport did when Eleven Sports were showing the U21’s in Poland and Onesport very kindly provided the you tube screening with English commentary.1 point

of them Pottinger would seem most suited. Local lad and well liked in the sport all indications are Cradley wont come to tapes next season and a few miles across the West Midlands once a week would seem to be more desirable to a Black County lad surely than a trek down to Sussex where they seem to have more team managers and management than anyone else. Will would do a great job I'm thinking. Gerrim in1 point

Tough rider and character as well! Never a star but a middle order/ lower end team rider who contributed much to a golden era of speedway!1 point

Speedway has many many nerds that enjoy nothing better than getting hot and excited over stats and figures, the bspa should give the job to one or a few of these. I'm sure they could do a far better job.1 point

Ten Changes for Brummies in 2019 . Just 2 out the 10 were due to injury . The team manager has not got a clue . That is why there has been ten team changes. Who was team manager of Mildenhall 2007 ?? Were they successful after all the changes ?1 point

Anyone still interested can still register their details as there is the option to expand the numbers - and the prizes - in future. Name, email and a contactable telephone number via the Berwick Bandits Supporters Club Facebook page, email club@berwickspeedway.com or I'll have a sheet to fill in at the Box Office table at the remaining home meetings. Come on 56, come on 56, come on 56!!!!1 point

Don;t Poultec and No Limits use Leicester for Practise Days on a regular basis. It's daft to think Leicester would unnecessarily reduce to 40 point from 43 plus..... Berwick ; Newcastle or Eastbourne far more likely. Or maybe he will go to a PL side and ride PL and NDL1 point

Having just watched Challenge on You Tube. Not a bad meeting .Imo.What ever the thoughts on Aspgren as aGP rider ,he certainly was the most unluckiest on the night. The present GP riders showed their class and consistency and deserve to be in Next Year.Harris was on a lawn mower( or couldn’t get the set up) Cook showed he just isn't good enough when the going gets tough in tight situations at that level .Imo1 point

another reason why some of these promising youngsters "Take a break" . They stumble into speedway from other motorcycle sports which are basicly amateur , MX ,grasstrack , trials , all weekend sport , initially supported by family ,but when that bubble bursts and it starts to impact on daddies work and the family budget , they decide to take a break , once they are outside the sport they realise what it actually takes to commit to speedway , and it's just too big a hurdle to return1 point

A GP at Belle Vue would be a quite different event to Cardiff. On the racing front, clearly BV would provide far better racing. As a speedway weekend, Cardiff is recognised domestically and internationally as a two day experience to be savoured. Two events that surely perfectly compliment one another. Bring it on. The thought of Max or the Dude sweeping high and wide round BV is enough to get the juices flowing.1 point

In the absence of Alpen, we will will be massive underdogs for this fixture. I just hope that we can pull together and sneak 3 points. Copyright: Steve Shovlar c/o Piaza Navona. Rome.1 point

Actually a team place in the NL . commits the whole family 7 days a week . it may only be dad attending meetings , but the impact is on the whole family , mums washing suits and feeding the troops . dad trying to earn a living and clean maintain bikes . just to give the lads a little glimpse of some sort of normal life , no holidays , no weekends off because theres always something needs doing . then theres the team manager who in NL is generally a wannabe asshole who couldn't manage a pissup in a brewery , adding pressure expecting too much . + the back stabbing from other riders , It's not pretty ,, Lads who have come from Grasstrack or MX must wonder what the hell they have let themselves in for , being used to friendly atmosphere . and encouragemant from other riders . riding when you want and not when you don't , and stepping into the cesspit that is the speedway pits !!1 point

God help them then... "A great finish to the Uzbekistan Tennis Open there. We now go live to the National Speedway Stadium in Manchester to see the last four heats of Belle Vue v Swindon"..1 point
