There can't be another sport where those running/connected with teams are so obsessed with moaning about keyboard warriors and making unprofessional comments/statements. What do they think it's actually going to achieve? There's not one club who can afford to alienate their supporters, if just 1 person decides 'I've had enough' after reading them, how are you replacing that £300+? If you can't handle a few critical comments then maybe either don't put yourself in that position or stay off social media. Whatever you do, it should be pretty simple to understand you don't start having a pop at your supporters because you need them.10 points

The Lublin team is very disappointing tonight. Zmarzlik hasn't got a heat win in three rides. He does not ride like a world champion, but Emil Sayfutdinov rides like a world champion ! What a shame that he and Artem Laguta were kicked out of the SGP4 points

In the U K some moan about day time racing, some moan about Sunday meetings but look what you can do with the right riders, an enthusiastic group of supporters and even with the earlier abandoned meeting, the Poles know how to put on a show. U K speedway is so far behind and anyone who has not dropped in on a live stream from Poland should give it a go. You wonder why anyone bothers with speedway U.K.3 points

What a final race. That sums up what great sport it can be in the right conditions with a superb crowd. Well done to both teams3 points

Another meeting another win and another massive crowd for the Workington Comets, horrible crash for Kelsey Dugard hope he’s on the mend soon. Good to see Luke Harrison get some racing in at last looked good on the bike but probably struggling with race fitness which will come. Hopefully we have Crangy back soon after his fall at Berwick. Connor Bailey was a class above tonight but a special mention to Elliot Kelly who fought for every point after taking a few falls himself recently. Rest up lads until next time!3 points

I think you will find Daniel that in UK Speedways "echo chamber" it really will never, ever be their fault.. And they will also have plenty of "hangers on" to agree with them, which then allows them to feel that they are "doing something right", so they carry on with the same failing plan.. Those "hangers on" see at close quarter "how hard they work", so feel no criticism is allowed due to this... "Working Hard" and "Working Successfully" are though two seperate things..3 points

Hume is the one that frustrates me the most. Mulford and Bailey are young lads trying to progress so their struggles are more understandable. Hume is a reasonably experienced rider now but is so frustrating to watch. Seems to over try and loses scoring positions far too often. He’s been slightly better away from home but still disappointing overall in my opinion.3 points

It was the same price as a normal Champ & NL match, but they didn't get to see 30 heats. Can't call that excellent value for money myself!3 points

If Dick Barrie and/or Berwick Speedway believe that the very poor attendance at the recent Scunthorpe, Kent double header was down to people having a Kings coronation party, then they are not reading the room. I know plenty people who didn't go and not one of them said it was due to the coronation, more value for money and the price itself.3 points

For me the refs in both incidents got it right, Rider on the inside ahead going into the corner, don't deviate from their lines, rider on the outside behind, and tries to drop it on the inside rider. Worrall went wide because Edwards clipped his bike.2 points

I've Decided to leave the Speedway forum site, the Peterborough page is not a good place to visit, for anyone who simply wants to enjoy their speedway.2 points

With the amount of guests and use of RR they may as well scrap the race nights and just go with what is best Teams will then build sides with riders who would be available for their home meetings more often than not, away sides will likely see the use of guests and RR Depends on how many fixtures as surely they could work around Sweden/Denmark fixtures, perhaps less meetings with more completed sides is better than cramming in loads of meetings with loads of unavailability2 points

despite the number of races i was really impressed how the meeting flowed, even with some fallers (most of who got up quickly) and getting water down, was a job well done today by the organisers2 points

Completely disagree which is why reffing these matches is so subjective.2 points

he just caught lamparts elbow which straightened him up. but ref made correct decision.2 points

I would not disagree that they are deserving of a place in the finals but there are other Nations that have no riders in the top 12 & with only 3 slots to fill I'm sure the powers would prefer to see more flags flying than more riders under the same flag.2 points

Yep, have to say it's a poor decision. Rider safety is most important, but the track had not deteriorated since the start and as such they should have ridden to a finish imo.2 points

All riders get one ride off each gate, so I’m not sure how you came to the conclusion that being at No2 has more inside gates than No4.2 points

There's some truth in what you are saying, (not sure Jake will come that good). The weakness of the second strings and reserves, has been apparent from the start. This problem is compounded, because of the starts situation. Gates 2 and especially 4 are currently so dominant. When Redcar are on these gates, they don't have a second rider, to take advantage of the situation, whereas Poole very often maxed it when the roles were reversed. The first thing that should happen, is to try and even up the gates.2 points

Unfortunately many of those involved within the "echo chamber" of UK Speedway are well meaning amateurs, who are miles out of their depth skill set wise for the roles they take on.. And as there often isn't a "Gold Standard" operationally to benchmark yourself, and aspire to be, the general malaise continues.. "We are doing our best" really isn't an answer when things go wrong. In fact, it questions your capability even further, as, if "doing my best" has put me in the predicament I find myself in then I am probably not the person to solve the issue, and should either step aside and let someone have a go, or go and seek help from those better qualified than me, (with the correct skill set ), to support me in sorting the problem out.. I cannot take UK Speedway seriously from a team angle, but I know some still do, so I would imagine that if "my team" hadn't won for nearly a year then I would be just a tad peed off and expect something a bit better from those running it, and competing for it.. I certainly wouldnt be too pleased though to be told that paying my money doesnt entitle me to complain.. They must have too many fans so want to lose a few hundred by alienating them I presume.. And, to be fair, the sport as a whole has done a great job of that over the past 2 decades or so..2 points

Coronation one of the biggest events this country has/will ever see for a long time so I think it will not be far off from the correct assessment. Seems a small minority are speaking vocally of poor value for money but those I spoke too thought the pricing model provided excellent value for money.2 points

Goodness me, this is embarrassing from the Peterborough management. Every fan wants to hear their management team interact with fans but there rules, those rules are, no matter how angry fans are don't belittle & down play their importance under any circumstances. As I've always said, a clubs closure is NEVER the fault of it's supporters. The blame is 100% owners.2 points

Having been lucky enough to see a Nora Meeting on the Isle of Wight last summer, which was also a 4TT, I can only endorse what you say. There is a real platform here for speedway to reinvent itself, rather than letting it die in the way it currently is. The SCB/BSPL really should go along and witness one of these meetings, assuming they haven't already secretly done so, there's a lot to learn. Do I think in it's current form that it would satisfy supporters up and down the country, then no I don't, but there are certainly parts of it that could be intermingled with what we know as normal league speedway, thus making it more pleasurable afternoon/evening for all ages, which includes young children.1 point

Basso upper his average from a 5.00 assessed to an 8.5 ave & got over 6 in the Prem. Were you expecting more from him?1 point

A quick glance at the fixtures shows he'll have a 2.00 ave till July 19th at the earliest. No matter how much they may improve, am certain Complin & Pijper will remain at reserve all year.1 point

Management should never get involved on social media. There is a way to speak to the folks who keep the business going, mocking and slating them certainly isn't one.1 point

I can't help but laugh at the current situation. Dropping a young talented rider in Joe Thompson for a worse rider in ablitt along with Max Clegg who struggled in a top Leicester team. For all those who said it was 'the right call' ,' it makes sense', 'sorry Joe that's speedway' I can't help but think god what absolute clanger you've dropped there. I bet Joe's family have a cheeky smile on there face knowing Joe has signed for a club on a few miles down the road for them and the Scunthorpe management are slightly red faced !1 point
