Why do they let Morris f#ck up the track every 4 heats.Itsmust be frustrating for the riders in the 1st race after Noah has done his work.7 points

I call him the Goat not just because how many titles he has won but because his ability on a speedway bike, it is far in excess of any rider now or historically, he is an out and out racer and he has provided some of the best 4th to first moves of the last few years, his ability to read a situation and react is matched by nobody, he never jumps the start, he never has mechanical issues his discipline and his will to win are are a hard act to follow, statistically he isnāt there yet but he is 30 and 6 times winner, 8 medals in 9 years 6 gold, that is the Goat6 points

Fricke taking it easy for next week and who can blame him, he's a proper club man... Captain Fantastic š6 points

The best rider this season has come second. Heartbreak.5 points

He kept us in it last night . To a certain extent we got away with one last night , at one point I didn't think we would reach thirty points . So it's in the fun zone , are we capable of reaching 53 against Edinburgh at home - yes we are . But likewise are Edinburgh capable of reaching 39 at Ashfield - yes they are . So the second leg should be a cracker and should draw a big crowd , bring it on .4 points

You cannot compared riders from different eraās and you cannot even compared results over the last few years as they are always peeing about with the points scoring system. 3,2,1,0 then add them all up.3 points

Your an idiot, I take comfort in the fact everyone knows it, you are a sad and pathetic individual, that is incapable of having a simple, normal discussion. I won't reply to you again, but if you keep insulting me, then I might remind you face to face one day.3 points

Don't take the clown on... He is currently waiting for his Mam to bring his tea up to his room.. Before he kisses his Jason Doyle poster (signed) good night...3 points

Not denying the rules, just think the World Champ should be the best in the meetings not the pre meetings. As the rules stand, you can't deny BZ and well done to him. However, let's learn that this is no way to win a World Championship and cancel the experiment before next season.3 points

No he hasnāt you fool ā¦. The scoring system was there at the start Kurtz has done well but the best rider won thats why there is a point scoring system3 points

Kurtz losing the title cause of the silly sprint races. Doesnāt quite feel right.3 points
-
Incredible. 5 GP wins in succession and he still couldn't quite manage it. What a warrior Kurtz has been this year. Bartosz now officially amongst the best to ever do it. What a privilege it has been watching these two going at it this year. Amazing. Speedway is the real winner of that battle.3 points

Chris Louis must be using coloured paper and chunky crayons to try and explain this to Kelvin Tatum. Tatum just shouts out random positions and who is in or out of the LCQ before Louis reels him in. Embarrassing.3 points

I sometimes wonder how Ole Olsen ever used to manage? You'd get the odd glimpse of him in his tractor or talking to the ref and that was that. If you don't get Morris prancing about or unnecessarily sprinting somewhere, you've not seen a GP.2 points

Shut it. š We have Hibs coming up soon in the cup should be a routine win for your lot as we are abysmal under this clown. 600 bangers for a season ticket to watch this dross.2 points

Nonsene...if he was the best, he would win overall, wouldn't he ?2 points

Well done to Dan. Look back on his career and how he has come back from adversity to be one of the GBs top riders and I am convinced that he will claim that championship one day. Thanks to all the GP riders who made this yearās competition what it became and on to 2026. Now just the domestic championships to be resolved and the SON.2 points

I canāt see anyone getting close to Bartosz next year, Brady had a pretty much perfect year and still didnāt win it.2 points

Good words from Kurtz, didn't mention dropping a chain or sprint races just said it how it was, he lost at the end of a season and he could do no more. It must be a massive mental boost for the lad. I'm not in the BZ is the GOAT camp as I just find that a bit disrespectful to the late Ivan Mauger and Tony Rickardsson... but I'm sure he'll get a 7th and claim that title in the years to come.2 points
-
Much easier era. Crump rode against Hancock, Gollob, Adams and Nicki Pedersen. Zmarzlik rides against Kurtz, Doyle, Bewley and Lindgren.2 points
-
Those are the rules.... Everyone knows them... And BZ did just enough... Brady had a phenomenal season and was, arguably, the best rider over the piece given his head to heads with BZ and his five GP victories.. But still, the GOAT managed to win... Great interview too lad .. Well Done....2 points

Technical throwing a chain in Prague on the last bend of the LCQ you could claim has cost him the title.2 points
-
All those who knock Brady really donāt have a clue. He took it to the current champion and it could have gone either way but that is what a season finale is about. Well done to all the riders and on to 2026.2 points
-
He didnt have a poor round, his chain come off non the last bend of the LCQ while leading, otherwise hes in the final and wins the world title.2 points
-
Haha. Zmarzlik is not a patch on Rickardsson or Crump.2 points
-
It wasn't the sprint race that cost Kurtz the title. It was having a poor round in Prague.2 points
-
best rider in the serious isn't the world champ but that's how it goes sometimes2 points
-
So Zmarzlik wins by a point, coming in getting an extra point more than Kurtz in those stupid race thingy bobs they done.I think anyway.2 points

Looking forward to the GP as for once there is things to be decided! It would be nice IF a world champ would ride for a British club as I canāt see BZ ever bothering over here! Hope Dan gets in the rostrum as well!2 points

Have they? They take British riders away from league fixtures on a regular basis to go and finish well down the finishing order on the continent and have only staged 2 Test Matches (both at Glasgow) in the last 5 years. They've failed to get any kind of exposure since twice winning the SoN and the only chance the fans get to hear of what's going on is by following them on social media that seems more interested in pushing the wares of their sponsors and running some kind of lottery. Yes, they're doing a better job of running the GB Speedway Team than their predecessors but you have to ask to what end?2 points

I see low scores there. And no doubt he will have more low scores there. Belle Vue fans not bothered so canāt understand the other fans getting involved. there was a would you rather poll. Aces win league. Or Kurtz become world champion it was a massive win for Brady to be world champion #teamkurtz2 points

Bob Holness and Gazza's daughter have also been part of the ensemble of greats down the years.. No one does naff quite like UK Speedway do they?2 points

Depends if you can get anyone to come on that night , perhaps some of the Belle Vue lads could ride, they are not doing much else2 points

Unlucky Aces, started decent and thought we were in for a long night but we turned it round after heat 8 and kept the foot down to get the job done. Tough conditions for both riders early on and not as big crowd as I expect but weather might had played a part. I want to mention this though⦠my Polish mother in law came over and she has a close friend who was diagnosed with cancer recently, and she has an operation next month. Her favourite rider is Bewley so today after the meeting we waitied to see if he would give us a minute of his time. He was very polite and listened to the story of her friend, he put his bags down and wrote a message out directed to her, wishing her all the best and signing it. For me, itās something he didnāt have to do especially after that meeting and not the best performance but he was still willing to be a kind human to help another out and make her day. I wished him all the best for the weekend and off he went, sometimes you can get caught up in the racing but these guys are just humans like us and whether Ipswich won or lost tonight I would remember that gesture of kindness over speedway. Good luck Saturday Dan B.2 points

Lots of failing businesses bring in a troubleshooter to assess their business model, operating model, and customer service plan... If such a person were asked to come in I am sure they would suggest the following.... * Open your doors when your customers want you to open, not when your employees tell you they can work... * Stop opening your doors knowing you havent enough staff, meaning you end up borrowing employees from your competition, which isn't a good look... * Set a payroll budget and stick to it, and ensure your marketing budget is sufficient to generate the required interest and population reach. Don't overpay employees to the detriment of the marketing budget... * Collectively market the business nationally and target families with young kids with all season round offers, given you are in the entertainment business... * Take every opportunity when on TV to make your premises look full, and make it somewhere those watching at home would want to visit... * Ensure what you are delivering to your customers has credibility, integrity, and is done at a competitive price point that accurately reflects the quality of what you provide, not what you think you actually provide... * Have a customer focused refund system should you not he able to provide the required service on any given night, especially to those who have travelled from further afield to attend your establishment... * Have clear, unambiguous Quality Control measures in place that all must follow to ensure the brand is never damaged. As you are only as strong as your weakest link... * And. As you are only as strong as your weakest link, ensure all work for the overall good of the business, and never in isolation.. I am sure there are plenty of other suggestions too...2 points
