I said it before if it’s Nilsson I’ll be disappointed, a 36 year old who hasn’t riden in the uk for 10 years & rode in the polish 3rd tier last year. Same with Riss Not the exciting box office youngster we were expecting. Colemans interview hinted at a couple of star under 21 riders hopefully Carines & the other will be in place of Nilsson/Riss in the suggested line up. Still time for Rushen to move over the border.

Kemp the talent is certainly there, Louis didn’t persist with him due to attitude & he hasn’t really done anything to address that. Maybe & it’s a big maybe being in a team alongside Doyle possibly Bewley & having Coleman as a boss might change that. Overall I think we’d be better off with a youngster from over seas or Rushen.

Now that Tom has confirmed he is having double surgery this winter to remove metal work from both legs could this have played a part in Mayfields decision not to renew his contract. Concerns over fitness and all that.

Emil has renewed his contract in Denmark. I think that rules him out not because of rule but because he is happy only doing Poland & one other league. From what he said during his time at Ipswich about spending time with his family I really can’t see him doing Poland on a Sunday the Uk on a Monday/Thursday & Denmark on a Wednesday. I’d have him back at Ipswich in a heartbeat.

Same plan as Ipswich by the looks of it.

Maybe they should do away with the rule that means your top average rider has to ride at number 1 & allow the team manger to name his top 5 in any order he likes. Musielak & any team he rides for would benefit not being forced to ride at 1 like wise with Brennan this year could have been moved earlier in the season if that rule wasn’t in place.

From what I remember at the time it was a choice or Rickardsson or Gollob to stay at Foxhall in 99. John & Magda chose Gollob polish ties & all that. That then led to Rickardsson & Weston departing for Lynn Western had Swedish ties. Western then tried to take Chris too.
