  1. I agree and they made a ruling in a play off years ago that it was more credible to use the same guest rider for both legs whether that rule still exists I dont know..
  2. Max has a lower average than Tai so can be used home or away.
  3. Quite funny if Fricke was used to beat his old team when he couldnt win with them last season.
  4. Well Sheffield could use Lambert or Fricke or Laguta, be quite ironic to use Lambert against Belle Vue.
  5. Yes true, forgot that, seems to be better in that
  6. Noddy going well at Sheffield, Claus not so good.
  7. Vissing on his debut for Sheffield should score a few points against this lot then again maybe not!
  8. I agree with the rule that states the most recent average should be used, higher or lower and converted if needed.
  9. Maybe some riders dont like it but many ride it well. I think it produced good racing years ago.
  10. Yes so they used a more recent average and converted it.
  11. I believe they use most recent average if possible and convert if necessary.
  12. Well they had to do something as Ellis was so poor and Holder should beat most second strings, we shall have to see, the downside is come the play offs they will most likely face Wolves, a team in form and a track Chris Holder hates.
  13. Never let the facts get in the way if a good rant!!
  14. One problem is the Wolves track which he hates.
  15. At least it is before the play offs start not once they have started!
  16. no idea but if it is 4 then it is still under the limit. The point Ouch was making was that Sheffield were being underhand and their team was over the limit
  17. Ipswich will also be pleased with his form.
  18. As the cut off is 31/8, maybe the averages that are listed for the 1/9 are used.
  19. It isn't like getting lambert or Tai that is for sure. As a Poole fan all I have is respect for Chris Holder, he is a legend at my club, liked by most and has been through tough times but he will do extremely well to maintain his current average, just looks a bad move to me.
  20. Personally don't see it being any better than what they had, Chris Holder proved at the world cup he is well past his best and Vissing will be dangerous not any good just dangerous! They could easily kept Kerr, he is a very decent reserve and just got a replacement for Ellis, possibly a new 5 pointer.
  21. Yes true, Kerr hasn't been on fire but is one of the best reserves in the league.Ellis had to go, dropped a point off his average, won't have any trouble getting a place next season as he will be seen as a bargain. Don't know why as I thought he rode quite well in the world cup. Strange thing is I expect Jack to ride at Cardiff so I thought they would try to fit, Jack,Tai and Tobi in the team but decided to get his brother instead to give a better bottom end.
