Really, well you decided not to have Jack back as you are stronger as a team without him. Jack is pretty hopeless at Ipswich, Lambert will score at least what he would have got. Tobi only got 9 in both legs of cup so you would expect Harris to get more than that so you are benefitting from the injuries, your problem is Chris Holder who isnt too keen on the Ipswich track

I think they will use Etheridge for the home leg. I think overall they have benefitted from losing Vissing, Lambert is riding at least as well as Tai or Tobi and Harris was terrific at Ipswich in the semi so will be a good replacement

Yes true but it seems some including myself thought there was a rule to stop a rider riding for more than one play off team but apparently that is not the case. Anyway should make a great final and is what most would want.

I agree that Matt Ford would have done and did do anything to win. I dont know if completely true but when you hear Ipswich were not allowed to use Lambert and then he rocks up for Sheffield and also not allowed Joe T when NDL riders are meant to be exempt from the 8 day it appears Ipswich aren't looked at favourably .

Glasgow reserves may be a bit suspect but the top four are top riders, the grain of comfort Poole have is that Brennan is usually poor at Poole and Basso hasnt always rode his best as an away rider, there is no doubt Tarasenko has improved the team massively.

I think Steve is being honest, having Tarasenko is a massive difference from Nowak who is usually pretty inept at Poole and we know what Harris can do, Basso has been a bit up and down as an away rider but is capable of beating anyone. All depends how we get on at Glasgow if it is them we face which is not a certainty., Oxford have a good chance of defending a ten point lead.

We can only hope the team that have done things the right way come out on top. I thought Lambert might not like Monmore but he proved me wrong, he proved that a truly top class rider can ride any track, whether he can beat the calibre of Doyle and Emil on a regular basis remains to be seen, Wolves are a solid team but they dont have any GP quality riders.

If he rides tonight I assume he cant ride at Sheffield next week with the 8 day rule.

He could possibly get the odd boo from Ipswich fans but that would not worry him. Apparently it was mentioned that Ipswich were told they could not use Lambert but who knows the truth also were not allowed to use Joe T and 8 day rule isnt meant to apply to ndl riders.

So Sheffield could use Harris at Ipswich which would farcical again as he got Ipswich in to the final and then he is trying to stop them winning it!
