What happened in the league isn't relevant to the playoffs, we start again. Poole were only third in the league but nobody would bet against them winning the championship playoffs. Lambert won't have any issues with the Sheffield track, he is a world class rider. Belle Vue are big favourites, most people think so, the bookies have them heavy odds on and they know what they are doing. You have destroyed them when they have visited Belle Vue and that was before you pulled the masterstroke and got Lambert.

I am sure Chris Harris thinks the same but from a personal point of view I much rather he missed the gate!

Only in your twisted world do Sheffield start favourites. Belle Vue are massive favourites, even Mark Lemon Can't mess this up although he will have a good go I am sure! You have massively improved the team throughout the season culminating with the signing of Lambert who on current form, is far better than the unfortunate Max Fricke.

I thought he could be a trump card for Wolves. He rides well for Poole, definitely get double figures tonight but he does struggle when he misses the gate and if the averages are reduced alot as has been mentioned then he may be the one to go.

I mentioned before you were moving down next season with Leicester moving up. It ha been announced Leicester are moving up but according to the Leicester Lions press release it would appear Peterborough are staying in the Premiership .

Makes perfect sense for Harris as he still lives in Rugby. I have seen him at Leicester meetings when he isn't racing and Poole have been visiting.

How is that team going to fit in the Championship?
