I was quite surprised Trackrat wasn't on the Scunthorpe v Leicester thread moaning about Scunthorpe's weak team and how the meeting should be cancelled.

Yes agree, Barker has made a big difference, he is riding well.

Ipswich could be title winners, starting with a weak team in terms of total team average seems to be paying off. Doyle may not be as good as he was but he will win most of his races and is a great team rider. Fricke has been disappointing except at Wolves in the pairs and Zagar hasn't really lit up Belle Vue either.

Well i think most people would think King is better than Batchelor and he rides the Wolves track very well so it is debatable if Batchelor scored more than King would have although I appreciate I am biased!!
