  1. No that is true, the only alternative would seem to be one big league.
  2. In my opinion the Premiership is too small, it offers too little variety of teams.
  3. When will the last rider be announced. Monday?
  4. Agree with that, definitely play off material, could even challenge for the title. Adam Ellis is a top rider and could easily put a point on his current average.
  5. I think there are other rising stars that could surprise a few this season.
  6. Plus he is two years older i believe. It could be a big year for a lot of the rising stars.
  7. I did say in my reply that i thought Brennan has more potential.
  8. There is no truth in the Ruml that Dillion is at Poole next season.
  9. Brennan had 11 rides to Palin's 7 over the two legs. Brennan should score more with 4 extra rides! I think Brennan has more potential but in the final Palin certainly pulled out all the stops.
  10. You would think Brennan was the best rising star but wasn't great in the playoffs and got beat fairly easily by Palin.
  11. Not sure most fans had Peterborough down as the wooden spoon, any team with Harris, Nicholls, MPT, Bjarne and Hans in surely deserves respect. Steve Worrall may benefit away from Belle Vue and I would expect him to improve on his current average especially with a decent team manager.
  12. I don't think going up 2 quid per adult is awful considering it hasn't gone up for a couple of years. All costs will have gone up and it will cost more to run a meeting plus with the amount of miles riders do, fuel costs are going to affect them a lot too so will need to be paid more.
  13. I would take Richie over Jye every day of the week, always tries his best.Steve is a different level and will do very well at Wolves, maybe he wanted a move I don't know but in my opinion is very capable of improving on his current Premiership average.
  14. Yes bit strange to let them go so easily, both worth their averages I would say, expect Steve to have a great season at Wolves.
  15. I hope so, after all their troubles, Birmingham deserve a decent side
  16. I don't agree with many decisions Lemon has made but completely agree with this one even if now he has been forced to sign riders he would not have been able to fit in his original line up.
  17. OK not how I read it and Etheridge seems to have a different view.
  18. I quoted Lemon earlier, I made the connection that Etheridge and Lemon were making the same point.
  19. He's capable of moving into the main body means he is starting at reserve which he isn't. Also Jye Etheridge said “My main aim is to put a few more points on my average to get into the main body of the team and hopefully stay there
  20. Oh yes he did. Club CEO Mark Lemon said: “Filling these last couple of team places has had its challenges. I was prepared to wait however I can say, I’m delighted that Jye has agreed to re-join us in 2022. “He’s a quite a character in the pits and committed on track, and I’m confident he will continue to develop in Premiership competition. “I feel he is capable of moving into the main body of the team, and the fact that he has raced with the majority of the lads in previous seasons means he slots into this team composition nicely.”
  21. Don't see why the visa stopped him coming over for a visit on press day. Why did Lemon say he hoped Jye Etheridge would get in to the main body of the team, if you have Blodorn and Brennan, Jye is already in the main body of the team!
  22. Apparently a change of plan, the team may not include Blodorn.
