I think Swindon and Sheffield may have issues with their reserves, Ipswich away from home will struggle even if Crumpy gets back to some sort of form. It seems most teams have question marks which makes predicting very difficult. I believe a team with the experience of Peterborough can regain their form and make the play offs, as others have said I believe KIng's Lynn will struggle, Wolves have a reasonable side and could make the play offs even though they are 2 points under the limit. Belle Vue should make the play offs quite easily although Peter Kildermand is no Kenny Bjerre or Max Fricke so could be lacking at the top end.

Doyley is by far the best rider in the league, can't see even Nicki P getting anywhere near his consistency. I have always liked Iversen and i feel he will be a very good consistant number one.
-
Not sure its all about Iversen, he only has to maintain his current average to have a decent season, it is more about how Hans, Harris and Nicholls perform in my opinion
-
We will just have to see which works better , Swindon with weak reserves or Peterborough with a more rounded approach.

Not many do! Harris definitely didn't. -
If you have strength though out the team I don't think top end power is needed as much because the points will come from other areas and they do have Iversen who is a top rider.
-
Ulrich Ostergaard will be ok at home especially against riders like Rowe ,Kemp,Ashley Morris and Todd Kurtz , their other reserve is Nicholls , they should have a very good reserve all through the season along with Hans and Harris at second string will be strong add in NKI who i think will be a very strong heatleader home and away.

Who has said that? MPT and Tungate won't nor Ostergaard or Iversen but I would expect those 4 to maintain their average. -

They will need a lay down afterwards! -
The point is they will better last seasons figures because they had good reasons why they rode badly last year. Hans had a couple of very bad crashes, Harris had a home track that clearly he didn't enjoy,Iversen only did a few meetings for Ipswich at the end of the season and who wouldn't want Scott Nicholls at reserve! It takes some believing how low their averages are now and they will have Hans and Harris as second strings, if they all got back to 2018 levels which in my opinion is very possible then making the play offs will not be a problem.

Peterborough will finish in the play offs for sure, they have a very experienced team many of whom will increase their average after having had a really poor season , we all know they are not the riders they once were but they are much better than they showed last season.

All gossip and chit-chat until now!

Ulrich may be the best option as it appears he has a heart for the club and has never let them down, something other riders may lack. -

I don't know what Ulrich has done wrong to be not wanted -

I doubt Crump needs any practice at Peterborough -

Not sure we need to be thankful Cook rides here. -

Yes agreed the racing at KL has been very poor in recent times so hopefully the slicker track can help. Hopefully Peterborough can be better too, apart from the Poole meeting which was amazing, the racing has been fairly poor at Peterborough recently i believe quite a few have said. -

As far as Cook is concerned I think his better years have been at Belle Vue but as he is a gater he should have done well at Kings Lynn but has underachieved in my opinion. As for Iversen anyone who has qualified for the gp's and is good enough for a rostrum position has to respected and i think he will have a good season, maybe even improve his average a little. -

In fairness I don't think it was you that tried to make it into a Cook /Iversen debate , I may have contributed but only after others and one in particular responded. On a personal note I will always have the greatest respect for Iversen as a top rider, top bloke and anyone that passes dirty Nicki at Cardiff has my admiration. -

I didn't mention their respective levels 10 years ago but Iversen is younger and hasn't been out of the sport for many years so in my opinion I would expect Iversen to be at a better level now. I hope Crump does well, he was a superstar of the sport. Cook has never been anything close to Iversen's level and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. -

I didn't mention Crump, the comparison was with Cook but I would rather have Iversen than Crump at this stage of their careers. -

Cook did well but i would back Iversen to beat him in most races, Cook never achieved what Iversen has and although he may not be as good as he was he still has a lot to offer and almost unbeatable at home. -

Agree with you there, strange NKI didn't choose KL as he has ridden there fairly recently but from what i remember he always enjoyed riding at Peterborough so should score heavily particularly at home. -
Nicholls must be able to get a 7 then!
