  1. Not sure about Proctor, personally I am not sure he will have a much better season than last year but I think when Harris or Hans start getting good scores it could spur on the whole team.
  2. Anders has a chance i hope he makes it. Poole has 4 British riders Swindon has 3. As i said it should be in the rules, Swindon have Anders because his average fitted, they could have had a British rider instead of Stewart.
  3. If all Swindon Top 4 maintain their average they will have had a good season, I think Perks can improve a little but it really depends on what Stewart and Rowe are capable of .
  4. If any team should set an example it should be the previous seasons champions but I don't think it is up to any team to set an example it should be in the rules.
  5. They certainly have riders who underperformed last season and are capable of much better, a lot of people are tipping Swindon to do well but they don't have many riders who you would expect to improve much.
  6. Poole have some Aussies but so do Swindon, the majority of riders in the Poole team are British though. Anyway not sure this is the right place for Poole or CL discussions .
  7. There certainly seems more potential at Peterborough than most other teams, experience means a lot but it is a shame they couldn't have drafted in some youngsters to learn from these guys. There should be at least one British under 21 rider in every team.
  8. I thought he lived in Stevenage. Maybe that is just his base during the season.
  9. I think this side has potential to be challenging for the title, it has riders who are all not what they were apart from possibly MPT and Tungate but Hans, Harris and Scott had really bad seasons last year and they are all much better than that. Harris still has the ability to beat the best on a track he likes.
  10. This team only needs NKI to maintain his average and they will be challenging, good looking side in my view with most riders capable of much better than they showed last season.
  11. Only Geoff cares because it is the only thing he got right in years!
  12. In fairness I can see Wolves challenging even with their understrength side.
  13. Yes he will be a major asset when Peterborough visit Monmore, rode very well for Poole when he guested for us there and I thought he did well for Wolves when he rode for them.
  14. Good signing, definitely better than his current average and should clean up at reserve.
  15. Just as well especially when Sheffield with Nicki P are riding!
  16. He certainly had some indifferent meetings for Kings Lynn athough I seem to recall they both had reasonable meetings the day of the Holder/Batch fiasco.
  17. I think you mean Championship heat leader, Worrall is more consistent in my view in day to day league speedway. Pointless argument really as he won't be joining Peterborough.
  18. Huckenbeck better than Worrall! As you can imagine i have a lot of time for Richie, did great job for Poole and i think we would have done better had he not got injured
  19. You could say the same about Nicholls last season, i would say Richie is better than most mentioned.
