Ellis has come on a lot this year and is on the up. Newman looked really quick at Wolves monday but that is a small track so maybe a bad comparison, he has to stay at reserve or he seems to struggle. I agree i dont think he will get better than he is currently, loved at Poole as he is a hometown boy and i know he has had injuries but dont think he will ever make EL heatleader

I think we both agreed before MPT is a good guest, can't gate but decent rider on a surprisingly low average, he obviously hasn't been riding like that all season. The team seem to be getting it together at the right time although not getting carried away with this result. Can't really see us getting a result at Belle Vue so we won't finish top but we still have a good chance of winning over two legs,

Not a bad meeting considering the scoreline. MPT the star performer but a good confidence booster. As i said after the Wolves meeting Brady has his mojo back after a difficult few weeks which is great news. looks like Adam will be moving to reserve soon also good news and we won't get the continual flak about Bjarne being at reserve. Holder is looking something like his old self too. Just need Bucko and Hans back in decent form and were in business. If either or both are injured then i think Matt has already got that sorted just waiting to see if Bucko and Hans can get back to full fitness.

All meetings that Poole win are boring to him.

The point is if you have a break for an injury then there is no need for another interval. I have been to meetings where has been a sun break then a break for benevolent fund then another interval. The other night Tai fell, Newman fell, Tai injured himself but track cleared quickly and we had a short interval, why the need for a long interval when there has already been a break.

He can't because we haven't. If we got Brady at reserve it would be how can we have a world cup rider and Australian gp wildcard rider at reserve!

That is why most fans go including Poole fans, we like to win who doesn't but there is no pleasure in watching a thrashing with not much actual racing. It is not Poole's fault the opposition doesn't look too competitive.

They don't manoeuvre the rule so that they can have an ex gp rider at reserve, that is a consequence of building a solid team and a change in the EDR rules which lets them go in to the main body of the team dictated by the averages. Contrary to popular opinion Matt and Middlo don't make the rules.

To be honest difficult to see where any Kings Lynn race wins will come from. Harris and Lambert possibly but they usually get left at the gate.

Also can anyone give me a reason why Danny King couldn't have guested for Poole at Wolves, i realise we couldn't foresee Klindt would be hopeless but surely a better option anyway.

you could use Iversen for the last home meeting but if you make the play offs it would have to be maybe KK or someone else for away meetings. I think you can have anyone away except Doyle and Iversen.
