What a shock Holder and Watt return, i would never have believed it, still think should have kept Kacper and not having Janowski is a major minus, decent team though and probably favourites along with Belle Vue and Swindon.
Beat me to it!!
We all know that Chris would always prefer to ride for Poole, it doesn't mean he would never ride for someone else, can't believe you are defending Starman!!
For a rider who has never really lit up the EL and has never been a heat leader over here, i don't think the fact he was in the gp's should count considering how badly he did in them but he is worth his current average and did well for poole when he rode for them but that was mainly at reserve.
Yes it does, I think Chris would have represented someone else had the opportunity not been there to line up for Poole. He did miss British speedway last season.
I will take that as a compliment!
I was wondering if i had got forgetful in my old age as i didn't remember saying it although like you i seem to remember it being said in the paper.
Lambert is obviously a good signing, not a surprise and has taken a while to announce but a good start and expect Schlein to follow. Is Lambert on the heat leader list?
It is up to other promotions to make their clubs attractive propositions and it isn't all about money although being paid on time has been a issue for some riders but it is about being happy in a successful side.
i think this is a good solid team and one that can challenge for honours, Masters is a improving rider and so is Thorsell, get Freddie going well again and it could be a good season for Wolves.
Personally i would much prefer to see Kacper back at Poole than Brady Kurtz, he was terrific last season and fantastic in the play offs, his ride in heat 14 at Wimborne Road in the play off final will live long in the memory.I know Kurtz is a up and coming rider but Kacper is proven at EL level and i feel it may be a year too soon for Brady.
