  1. Has Garrity ever had a meeting where he has not fallen. Will it make any difference, he is not exactly in the form of his life.
  2. Personally because it is a great track, Darcy ward and a whole lot closer than Manchester! Oh i think we are bothered and i expect tonight will be a heat 10 job which should give Swindon more chance of sneaking a point.
  3. Yes Sky are covering tonight's fixture which could be another heat 10 fiasco. Will Havvy stamp his feet and tell his riders not to ride even if it costs Coventry another fine.
  4. You are correct it could be a vital point, also the win at Leicester when they were level going in to heat 15 and Walasek falls which made the much needed win much easier but it isn't all over, this year could be the most exciting play off qualifying tournament ever!
  5. Not sure it matters i think Kings Lynn would be too strong at home anyway.
  6. He isn't a no 1 anymore and it is a managers duty to get the best guest sometimes that is beneficial other times not, if the hadn't been able to get Ellis at Leicester they wouldn't have won. Coventry have Kus for Robson but that is maybe not beneficial but how long have they had to change the team, it seems they would rather spend the money on fines and appeals!
  7. Dig deep, you are joking! your reserves could beat most of the lions riders.
  8. I think Belle Vue will just miss out, swindon's recent away wins will prove vital.
  9. Personally think Kings Lynn could be a heat 10 as forecast isn't that good in east anglia later in the evening.
  10. Just thought it sounded familiar, hope he never wins another world title and really pleased Emil is showing him up in the sec.Darcy will be just fine and probably beat dirty Nicki next time they meet in a gp as long as he doesn't try going round the outside!
  11. Dont know what was wrong with Wright tonight, he is certainly better than his score would suggest.
  12. Good result for the Robins, never really thought anything more was possible, so all still to play for.
  13. Decent crowd tonight according to updates, play off fever comes to Belle Vue.
  14. It's a bit like the football knock out tournament called the champions league where the winners are called the champions of europe, i believe a team from Manchester has won that one!
  15. The only thing going pop tonight is Belle Vue's play off chances!!
  16. Haha, arn't sentences mean't to start with a capital letter!!
  17. A really important meeting for the play offs this one in what would be a mediocre mid table meeting otherwise
  18. I dont think you care about the safety of the dog, you just dont like dogs at speedway. As for the meeting, how Leicester can lose against such a weak team is incredible. How bad are they, yes Ellis was a great guest but surely they should be able to cover that especially as Bjerre was so bad. Stevebrum is correct this team will finish bottom.
  19. That is exactly the point no harm at all and it could make someone else happy to see and fuss over a lovely dog when their team is losing and i am sure the dog would prefer the open space of a speedway track than having to stay at home. I have been to meetings where kids have been running around with no thought for the speedway they are just there because it was free and their parents have no control over them, they are a big nuisance in my view. How can they be the future fans if they show no interest and just run about being a pain in the backside. You dog in under control and not a nuisance, why cant parents control their children.
  20. True but if you pick the right guests like Ellis then you should do it.
  21. Great result from Kings Lynn tonight even with Rosen as a guest
  22. I love dogs, we have just been away at a guest house where the owner had a dog and he was lovely and fussed over by everyone but some may say you shouldnt have dogs in a guest house especially at breakfast but if they arnt a nuisance then whats the problem. I have seen dogs at many speedway events and i think there is one at peterborough who is famous amongst fans and liked by all. I dont own a dog myself but speedway should be more inclusive and welcome dogs.
